We recently had a full roof replacement completed by Modern Restoration, and I truly cannot say enough great things about the entire experience. Their crew was among the hardest working and most respectful teams I’ve ever had on my property. From start to finish, their attention to detail was outstanding, and they made a point to thoroughly clean up at the end of each day, which did not go unnoticed. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right, and the final result speaks for itself. A special thank you to Edgar, along with Chris and Elisa, who were always responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful anytime I had a question or concern. It’s rare to find a company this reliable and committed to quality. I only wish they offered more types of construction work—I would gladly hire them again without hesitation. I highly recommend Modern Restoration to anyone in need of roofing services!

This was a wonderful company to work with. They were attentive to all the questions of concern and addressed them immediately. The staff was on top of every aspect from beginning to end, the crew working on our parish church worked tirelessly and there clean up was above and beyond. We highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.
