  First estimate - guy was a no call/ no show. After rescheduling, they tried to send the same guy that didnt show up... i requested someone else, i received no response, just another generic conformation with someone else's name... the next day. second guy put the wrong address in his GPS and got lost... made big promises when he got there.... and then fell off the face of the earth. If they are this unreliable with a simple estimate appointment... i wouldnt trust them with my roof and such a big expense.

  I reached out to LA Roofing after noticing their billboard on the 84 West. I had a pleasant conversation with Sam, who initially answered my call. She was courteous and gathered my information. Since they offered an option for an online Vinyl Siding quote, she transferred me to Sergio, who handles those requests. Unfortunately, Sergio never provided me with a quote, and when I followed up after 6 days to inquire about it, he was not polite. I contacted Sam again and informed her that I would no longer require the quote and would seek services from another company. I emphasized the importance of customer service and communication, as I would be hesitant to engage with a company that exhibits such difficulties in providing a simple quote. There are numerous companies available, and I prefer not to waste time chasing after one that lacks professionalism.

  Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and while it's unfortunate you had a bad experience. I want to thank you for recognizing Brandon, because he is knowledgeable and talented and we are happy to have him. Your situation is not unique to you when it comes to being moved forward due to weather. While handling the rescheduling process do our best to accomodate everyone while being fair to everyone that was on the schedule. In your case, there were people that had to be moved forward before your scheduled project and similar to a queue, weather pushes everyone forward. If there is a likely chance of rain we do not risk our clients roof just to get a job done. I appreciate you understanding on our stance of weather. What I do have to mention is that when your permit was approved and sent to us by the City of Middletown on 7/17 at 3:42PM, Alina sent you the email to inform you of the next steps and that production would be in touch with a schedule date, which she sent on 7/18/24 at 3:42:00PM. On 7/19/24 at 11:14:08AM, Sergio did send that email giving you an install date of 7/26/24 -weather permitting. On 7/22/24 at 6:43:54PM, Sergio had to send you an email to reschedule for 7/31/24 due to weather which affects all projects. You did not respond to this email to voice any complaints and as you said, you did not call to ask for an earlier date which we would have done our best to accomodate if at all possible. On 7/30/24 at 1:31:33PM, Sergio sent an email to inform you that with the rain expected we had a date for 8/7/24, which you did not respond to this email either to voice any complaints and as you said, you did not call to see if there was any possible way to have it done sooner. Brandon had called you on 7/29/24 at 3:17 to check in on you and on 8/1/24 both Sergio and Brandon spoke to you. Sergio spoke to you at 1:36PM and Brandon called you back at 1:08PM and called again and spoke to you at 1:54PM for a duration of 11 min 18 sec. On 8/6/24, Brandon

  Thank you for leaving your feedback, as it's very important to us for making sure we are able to offer the best customer service possible. Since you are not even sure about the style of house that you are looking to build, it would be entirely unprofessional and inauthentic to give you a "rough estimation" due to the fact that even though you know the house will be 1800 sqft, the style of the house affects the roof coverage and roof coverage square footage is vastly different from interior square footage, not to mention how steep the roof will be and multiple other factors involving a roof. If you are working with a builder they will not want to give you a rough estimation on the cost to build the house if you don't even know the style or blueprints yet as we do work with builders for new construction. It would have been a grevious disservice to you if our highly rated and highly praised receptionist had tried to give you a "rough estimation". When you have blueprints and plans, you can send them over to get a basic quotation and we would be more than happy to throw a number to you if that's all you're looking for.   Finally, a roofing company that gives you peace of mind LA Roofing is the second company to ever work on our house -the first was a disaster. That company promised “quality work for the best price” but sent unskilled subcontractors who never finished the job and ruined our roof and gutters. It left a bad taste in my mouth, so I gave LA Roofing a chance to prove we’d made the right call this time. They did. We got estimates from several companies, but LA Roofing stood out right away -personable, patient, and genuinely invested in understanding what we needed. A lot of companies say they offer the best price, but that usually comes at the cost of workmanship, often handed off to unskilled third-party subs. LA Roofing proved that wrong: great price, great workmanship, top to bottom. They had a foreman on site the whole time, kept us updated, and flagged any delays immediately. The team worked fast, stayed organized, and treated our property with real care -keeping it safe and clean, and leaving the site exactly as they found it each day. Special thanks to Brandon, Luis, and the whole LA Roofing team in Connecticut -you’re awesome. Other companies might beat their price, but peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend.

  LA Roofing performed a quality job replacing my roof. They responded to my initial phone call quickly and had a representative at my home the next day to survey the job and give me an estimate on the spot. The day of the job they arrived on time and worked through the day until the job was completed. They had a project manager on site the entire day, who was very informative and kept me updated. If you're looking for a quality roof contractor I recommend you contact LA Roofing.

  Years ago I met a rep from LA Roofing and loved her approach. When I was looking for a new roof in my new house I asked LA Roofing to quote it. The rep who met with me, Guilherme, is largely the reason for me choosing LA Roofing. Never easy to decide when facing big expense work on a house. Two other companies sent really great reps to meet up and bid. My decision came down to feeling that Gui, as a rep for LA, either coincidentally or perceptively, knew exactly the way to talk and approach this type of job with someone who thinks the way I do. Factual, practical, sensitive to specific needs of the home owner. Additionally, he infused a lot of personality and an ability to converse about other.thimgs, while managing to take care of business. On the day the install happened, the crew that showed up was amazing. Michael Vasquez, the project manager similarly to the sales rep Guilherme, was excellent with communication. Informative, practical, aware of particulars for this house, and able to add comfortable, human dimension to the experience. The installers were all pleasant, friendly, and started the day literally jumping off the truck at a run to get to work. The roof looks great. The yard is spotless. I would recommend LA Roofing all day long.

  A few few weeks (March 2026), I had my roof replaced by LA Roofing. The professionalism I experienced from the beginning steps with the inspection of the roof to the end result was impressive, respectful and reassuring.
