Gave me a quote for work and then ghosted me. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with Brandon C. and was completely ignored. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

BNF Construction was referred to me by one of my neighbors who was getting his roof done at the time. I placed a call into their office and I immediately received a call back from Taylor Tobias, one of the owners. I'm very impressed with Taylor's professionalism and attention to detail. Everything went according to plan from the initial meeting, the estimate provided, the work that was done, and the final inspection. I feel that Taylor and BNF Construction as a whole care about the work that they do and will go above and beyond to make sure you are not just satisfied, but really happy and impressed with the completed project. Now that my roof replacement is completed and looking beautiful, I am looking at other projects they can help me with in the near future.

Brian is great to work and collaborate with. As an architect it's not always easy to work with builders and sometimes the relationship could be tense and adversarial, Brian is the complete opposite! Great to communicate, ask questions, and team up with for any project and the workmanship is top level. We look forward to working with Brian moving forward for as many projects as possible!

Wanted to give a shout out to BNF Roofing and remodeling. We had received an estimate on our roof when Brandon stopped by and noticed some wind damage. After showing us the same roofing that we had a quote on, we did some research on BNF and decided to let him work with our insurance company. He was able to get the roof paid by insurance. The work was exceptional and the clean up was extraordinary. It was done on time and we could not be happier.

My roof needed to be replaced or repaired and I had gotten quotes from several roofing contractors with a wide variety of prices. The cost is not the only factor affecting my decision but also the quality of the product and service they provide and reputation of the company. I had gotten quotes from several roofing contractors and making a decision was very painful. However, I did narrow it down to one company. And speaking with a close cousin of mine told me that he had just had his roof replaced and the company that he used was BNF contractors from New Britain. He explained how they did a fabulous job on his home. Completed the Roofing project within One day and did a follow up job to ensure that the the work that they did was in fact holding up through bad weather, snow, rain, etc. needless to say I was impressed and asked him for their phone number. Upon contacting BNF, they were quick to come over and to give me a quote went over the problems that were. I was having with my roof. In addition there was a leak in the sunroom, which they immediately determined was coming from the roof. I decided against going with the other ROOFING COMPANY because BNF also specialized in doing general home repairs remodeling work. BNF replaced my roof on my home On May 20 and we’re done in one day to my amazement they came at seven AM the morning and we’re done by 5 o’clock in the afternoon. The crew was thorough organized and did a complete cleanup of any debris took a ton of pictures that showed the progress of the project. Needless to say I was very impressed. I also contracted them to repair the leak in my sunroom and upon opening up the wall, the entire quarter wall had to be replaced because the water had leaked into the framework. They removed the siding, the window replaced the trim around the window and door and painted the wall with the paint I had left over to match the rest of the room. They did an amazing job. I hired them to do additional work needed my chimney
