The absolute, unmitigated gall of what looked like a trio of teenage boys to hit and take down my entire mailbox and then still attempt to approach my house to sell me a roof. I'm so disgusted. If you use these people, know what kind of pathetic, ugly behavior you're cosigning.

I apologize about this, I am going to reach to you personally and fix this issue, again my apologies, my guys were trying reach out to you for a solution and not to sell you a roof, accidents happen but I am going to pay for this…. This accident had nothing to do with the quality of work performed on a daily basis. We are sorry about this. God bless you!

Jorge and his team did a phenomenal job on my roof, and they were very professional during the whole process. I received a comprehensive estimate that outlined all aspects of the project, and the price was very fair compared to quotes that I received from other roofers in the area. The team showed up exactly when they said they would, and the quality of the work was outstanding. After the job was done, the team ran magnet sweepers over my whole yard for stray nails and cleaned up everything to the point where I couldn't believe that my whole roof had been replaced hours before. I recommend Best Connecticut Roofing to anyone, and I'm very glad I ended up going with them.

Best Connecticut Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Jorge was upfront and transparent when quoting. The crew arrived on time and worked hard to get the roof completed in just over a day. The crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. Overall top job!!

While attending the Mohegan Sun Home Show in February, I stopped at the Best Connecticut Roofing booth. Spoke with Jack Hernandez in regard to replacing a roof on my garage. He took my information, gave me his card and scheduled an appointment to view the garage and give a quote. He went over the whole process, wrote up the quote and went over the financing plans that were available. This made my decision easier to proceed. The job was scheduled and completed in one day in March. The crew did an excellent job and a thorough clean up afterwards. Even though it wasn't a large project, Jack was involved throughout making sure every step of the way went without a flaw. He is professional, respectful and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Best Connecticut Roofing and Jack Hernandez as contact person. Many thanks and much appreciated.

I had a great experience with Best Connecticut Roofing Company. They are truly professional and genuinely care about their customers — it’s not just about making money for them. After completing my project and making full payment, I noticed a few minor unfinished items. Every time I called, the project manager spoke with professionalism, assured me the issues would be addressed, and they were resolved promptly. I highly recommend this company. — Sherab, New Haven

Not only reasonable (was less expensive by $3,000 from the next lowest estimate), the process was easy and skill set right on. My roof is amazing and they even went a little above (with my shed) and didn’t nickel/dime me to death. The roof …

My experience with this company was excellent. As a new homeowner doing my first major project I felt really comfortable getting this job done. Other companies I spoke with for my roof had a very corporate feeling, l felt like I was just a number. Jorge was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and educated me on all aspect of roof replacement. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a roof job to speak with Jorge. The team that came to do the work was quick and thorough with the work. I was told job would be done in one day for the size of my roof, and it was. The team cleaned up, I didn’t find anything left over. Would 100% recommend this company.
