  A tree had fallen on my house and damaged the roof. Casey and his crew came out and did a fabulous job repairing the damage and did a great cleanup after the job was completed. They were highly efficient and I'm very pleased with the results!

  I hired Epic to replace my roof. My salesperson, Kian, was responsive and helpful before I signed the contract. Unfortunately, my experience became much more frustrating once the project started. During installation, a worker fell through my dining room ceiling, creating a sizable hole. The initial repair was rushed and, as the photos show, clearly looked like a patch once it dried. The edges were visible and discolored. I contacted Kian and was referred to the project manager, who sent the same worker back. The plan appeared to be simply applying more paint. I stopped the work and explained that this was not a paint issue—the ceiling needed to be properly sanded, smoothed, and finished. To Epic’s credit, the subcontractor eventually arranged for another worker to repair it. A week later, he spent approximately six hours re-patching and finishing the ceiling. The problem was ultimately addressed, but it took far more effort on my part than it should have. Unfortunately, the communication issue continued after the roof was completed and payment was collected on August 18. I asked Kian about a deck replacement, and we discussed pricing and financing, settling on $18,000. He asked to get on the phone to review financing during my workday, and I told him I would get back to him when I was free. About 12 hours later, before I had responded, he texted at 6:57 a.m.: “Okay no worries. I actually got it down to closer to 15k. But I think you chose a contractor yesterday. Hope it all works out.” I responded at 8:00 a.m., explaining that I had the city at my house dealing with trees from the August 13 storm that severely impacted my neighborhood. I told him I was available and prepared to sign and review financing. Twenty-four hours later, he still had not responded. I found the message unnecessarily presumptive and pressuring, particularly given that I had simply been unavailable for 12 hours.   My home has never looked better! Cian from Epic Exteriors LLC promised I would be happy but in fact I am ecstatic! This company does great work at a reasonable price and my neighbors have not stopped complimenting me on the results. The crew found some significant structural damage which needed to be addressed at the start of the work yet the entire job (vinyl siding, soffit and fascia wrapping) was completed less than a week! Very appreciative of the results but especially grateful for all the kind people I met along the journey to a beautiful-looking home!

  Amazingly efficient from start to finish. Installing the roof was finished in 6 hours, from arrival to clean up. Everyone worked non-stop. They left our property clear of debris, including nails. They were organized and polite. Very happy we chose to work with Epic. Highly recommend.

  I worked with Epic Exteriors LLC in Southington when my wife and I decided it was time to have a new roof put on our house. My friend told me he used Epic Exteriors for his roof and had a great experience so I contacted them to do an inspection and get a quote. After speaking with Tyler, one of their sales reps, he came over promptly and performed a full inspection, noting some loose shingles from a recent storm. From there we worked together to submit a claim through my insurance company, and Tyler assisted me every step of the way, provided his cell # for direct assistance, and he was thorough with his explanations and communication every step of the way while we waited to see how the insurance claim would go. Finally I got the check from the insurance company and we moved into the scheduling phase and I advised Tyler that my family had a vacation planned and requested to avoid having the materials dropped off while we were out of state. He worked with the office staff to ensure no materials were delivered until I returned, and upon my return, he had the install scheduled for a few days after our return, letting us get back to our normal routine before the install began. On the day of installation, the crew showed up on time with all necessary supplies and did a PHENOMENAL job on the roof. A project manager was on site the entire time, and we were able to get any questions directly answered by him on the spot. Additionally, I asked the project manager to spend extra time using the magnet to pick up loose nails around the house (I have little kids that run around barefoot often), and he spent an extra 45 minutes circling the house to get as many nails as possible. These are the little details that make the difference in good quality vs GREAT quality. Bottom line: Epic Exteriors is an A+ company that was extremely easy and pleasurable to work with, and I'd recommend them to anyone without a hesitation. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with honestly. I'
