We would first like to say that this company is very professional however looking back if I could do it over I would have made sure when they came to inspect the roof and give us an estimate that they went in the attic to make sure there wouldn't be any surprises. The roof was approximately 1/2 way being completed and was told they needed more wood and it would be another $9600.00. I was given an estimate of a little over $17,000. When it was all said and done it was over $26,000. My husband and I had the $17,000. We had to take a loan for the balance. I hope going forward they make sure the home owner doesn't have to go through what we did. When a home is built in the early 1900's the criteria and building codes were much different. Done

MLD roofing just finished my roof . They were quick and efficient . Cleaned up afterwards . I did need a large area of damage fixed. Their prices matched 5 other companies but they could do it almost immediately . I would recommend their work to everyone !

MLD was a joy to work with. The price quoted was fair. MLD secured the necessary permit and community approval. MLD secured the appropriate warranty. The shingle used is highly rated. They came when they said they would and completed the job timely. There was no pressure of any kind. Thank you!

Professional & caring company, which I highly recommend. It all started with a small leak in a room by a window. I contacted MLD Roofing & their Project Manager Blake Kelly sat down with me and explained everything I needed to know about MLD being able to handle a large project like this (7200 sqft & shed). Blake explained how the complete project would work, from the installation to dealing with the POA, pulling permit, along with how they protect your area around the house. They had very competitive pricing, along with seeing other roofs they had completed in the area, I was sold. Their other Project Manager Dave Toothaker, also came by daily to check on the work being done. Between both Managers & their crew boss Sergio everything went smoothly. They responded to any questions or concerns during the installation. I think anyone using MLD Roofing will be completly satisfied.

My shingle roof was the subject of a Tamco warranty claim. MLD Roofing removed a sample from the roof and submitted all details to Tamco. Once approved they installed new shingles on the roof in a day and a half. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up very well after they were finished. Very professional.

Top shelf experience from start to end. Blake took the time to walk through the options from roof to finance. Caleb was onhand to address questions and concern during the whole two day effort. Daniel and his team did a terrific job from demo to finishing and cleanup. Highly recommend.
