  I got estimates from five different roofing contractors, and Miller & Sons Roofers Llc stood out right away. Gregory was very professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew a lot about roofing. The Malarkey shingles in Natural Wood look beautiful and really improved the curb appeal of the home in Fairview.   we moved into our home and soon ran into a roof leak, so i called the roofing company that had done the earlier roof replacement. even though i was not the original customer, they were very helpful and easy to work with. gregory came out, checked the shingles, flashing, and roof vents, and found damaged vent covers causing the problem. they replaced all the vent covers on the house at no charge, which really showed they stand behind their roofing work. later on, we noticed another small leak around the gas vent pipe in the attic, with water draining safely into the ac pan. once again, mason was sent out quickly, inspected the vent boot and sealant, and repaired the area at no cost. since then, we have had no more issues at all. it is hard to find a roofer that backs up their workmanship like this, especially for someone who was not even the original buyer. chase and the team made a strong impression with their honest service, fast response, and solid roof repair knowledge. with the heat, storms, and heavy rain we get in nc, it gives me peace of mind knowing the roof is in good shape. i will absolutely use them for any future roofing needs.

  After a hail storm, I filed an insurance claim for roof damage and started checking out several roofing contractors in Fairview. The first company to get back to me was Miller & Sons Roofers LLC. Gregory came out, introduced himself, inspected the roof, and explained that there was hail damage. He went over my roofing options in clear, simple terms and let me know the shingle wear was not severe, so I understood the condition of the roof before moving ahead. Soon after, I received a detailed estimate by email, and the price for the roof replacement was fair and reasonable. When the insurance inspector also looked over the roof and property, the process stayed smooth. Once I was ready to move forward, they were flexible about timing while I waited on the insurance payment, which made the whole project much less stressful. Not long after scheduling, they let me know an earlier opening had come up, and I was glad they could start sooner. Roofing materials arrived first, and then the crew showed up right on time. They tore off the old shingles, replaced damaged sections of roof decking, and got right into the reroofing work. The job included drip edge, upgraded underlayment, heavy roofing felt, new metal roof vents, and fresh rubber boot pipe flashings over the plumbing stacks. Chase came out quickly to inspect the roof, explain the scope of the reroof, and provide a fair quote that was very competitive with other estimates we received. We really appreciated that he stayed focused on what the roof actually needed and did not push extra work. The reroof was scheduled within a reasonable time, and the crew removed the old shingles and completed the new roof in just a few days. They replaced several sheets of damaged roof decking and kept us updated the whole way with photos and clear communication by phone, text, and email.   They did an excellent job replacing the asphalt shingle section of our roof and finding and swapping out the few damaged slate pieces on the other side. Gregory in the office kept us updated on when the roofing crew would arrive after some rainy weather caused a short delay. Once they got here, the team was professional, skilled, and worked hard from start to finish. Even though the old shingles and underlayment had to be removed from the upper roof, they carefully protected the area around the home and completed a very thorough cleanup before leaving.   We are extremely happy with the results. Our flat roof home is older, and the original roofing system and materials were not the best for long term performance. The roof we had installed years ago was starting to wear out and develop leaks, so we looked for a roofer with strong experience in flat roof systems and membrane roofing. douglas came to our home, explained the whole process clearly, and went over the newer roofing materials that are much better for durability, drainage, and protection in hot weather. We felt comfortable moving forward and were added to the schedule without any hassle.
