Milena's Pro Roofers

The only one or two-star review we hold for Milena's Pro Roofers.

I hired this company to install a new roof in October 2020 which was installed by Hector the owner. Before work had begun, he promised that all old shingles would be removed, and a water underlayment would be installed on the entire roof. In February 2022, we sustained a major leak in our home causing damage to multiple floors. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted other roofing companies to come out and assess the damage and was informed by multiple other roofing professionals that Hector left old shingles installed on most of the roof that even went into the house siding. What kind of a “pro” leaves old shingles on and doesn’t replace the flashing?! When I contacted Hector about the issue, he claimed that I had agreed to leave old shingles on. Why would I ever agree to this? Even if I did, the “pro” decision to leave them on caused a leak into my home. Also, in the summer of 2021 I hired Hector to install gutter guards. For this job, he had promised that the gutter guards would be screwed onto the gutters. This was not done; instead they were tucked into the gutter and now not even a year later they are falling apart. This company will offer a good price and might seem nice, but they will cut corners and not do what they promised. Please avoid this company and go with a company that won’t lie to you and knows what they’re doing.

Good afternoon Danny we are sorry you had a bad experienced!. 1 I did not leave shingles in most of the roof and I have pictures to proved!!, it was only 6 to 8 shingles along wall which was nail into the wall from the builder and in order to remove I would have to remove the siding, I assume the responsibility and we agreed on this, you had a warranty and all I knew was your roof leak February 1 2022 and you call other companies and they fix it 3 weeks later of course you have damages inside because a leak you can't leave it like that, if you gave me the opportunity to call me I would have it fix same day and you will never had damages inside and if you did anyways I was in charge to fix the inside to which it will cost you $0 as you had a warranty !. Then you ask me for money which I get but again you wouldn't have to spend nothing if you make that simple call on February 1 2022, and not letting me know several weeks after, asking for money or you will do bad reviews all over social media which you did. We all humans allow to make mistakes and I am here to face it but I did not have that chance. And for you to know the step flashing are almost never change as is metal and is nail to the wall and should be good for over 60 years. I did not lie to you or anybody but if you think so that is your opinion. Another things is the picture you sent me very blurry I could only see a hole and in order for a roof to have a hole like thta have to be leaking for years so I don't really know what happens, Becuase how come the terrible job you are saying here didn't not leak for 2 years with lots of rain and snow. I just remember you being very happy with all my services before and professionalism. If you have further questions you can contact me any time and I will always get back to you as I always do !.

Hector and his team did a great job installing new eavestrough for us at our home in Kitchener. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and left the area clean. This was a bit of a tricky job with the odd corners on my garage but they did fantastic work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing eavestrough work done. They have the machine to build them custom on site!

Left for work this morning knowing new shingles would be on the house today. When I came home what a surprise, shingles looked great but most of all you couldn't tell old roof shingles were taken off and a new ones put on - clean so clean! The clean up so efficient - thank you, thank you for an amazing job, so glad the weather was good for your team to work today.

We’re very happy with the work done by Héctor and Milenas Pro Roofers in Hamilton! We first saw their work at our neighbor’s house and were impressed, so we hired them to complete our siding, soffits, fascias, and gutters. The results look amazing—very clean and modern. Héctor and his team were professional, thorough, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They also left everything spotless. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality work and great service!

Hector did a great job with my roof and mold in the attic. He came the next day to inspect it when I called him and explained that I needed this done urgently. He is very easy to talk to and he explained everything in details before we made an agreement. He is very nice polite and easy going person. He also gave me a better deal than anyone else i called for a quote. I would definitely recommend Milena's Pro Roofers if you need roof job done!
