If they take as much care with roofs as they do with securing the load in the back of their trailers, I'd avoid. Had to dodge who knows what flying off their trailer on the way into work today.

We love the way our new roof looks! It inspires confidence in the building! What an excellent experience. Jena did an excellent job informing us of the process, keeping us updated the entire time, and discussed all questions and aspects of the job that we were curious about. They had an enormous crew that was seemed very professional and super efficient. They delivered and I’d trust them with another roof if we ever need another one. We are grateful for their hard work and dedication!

When we decided it was time to get a new roof, we didn’t have to look beyond our own neighborhood for a recommendation. The clear and trusted choice has been Michael C. Graham & Son Construction. We’ve seen first hand how efficiently their crew works to protect your house and property during the removal of an old roof and the installation of a quality new roof. After contacting them and meeting with our Project Manager Jena, we knew that we too would be in good hands. Jena’s knowledge and experience were clear as she walked our property with us to assess our specific needs and make recommendations. She provided us with detailed information and explained the advantages of installing a quality GAF roofing system with a lifetime warranty. She also remained in constant communication with us during the process to ensure that we would be completely satisfied. And thanks to Michael, Jena, and the entire team our new roof was recently installed in just one day! We sincerely appreciate the truly professional service that they provided, and recommend them to anyone in search of a contractor that they too can trust!

Peter, a neighborhood referral leading to a one-day GAF roof installation with Jena guiding you through every step — that's exactly the experience we work hard to deliver on every job. Jena takes real pride in making sure homeowners understand what they're getting and why, and it means a lot to hear that came through from the first walkthrough to the final shingle. Michael C. Graham & Son Construction is grateful for your trust and your kind words about the whole team. The whole Graham family thanks you! 🙏

First roofing job for us in 25 years - some surprises. We looked at 4 roofing companies and ended with MCG due to solid reputation and GAF product. All GAF top of the line products. Install ran 2 days with a 6 person crew - but roof is 38 squares with multiple bump outs that complicate any reinstall. Work was professional, crew pointed out an issue with missing flashing in one case. They busted their butts to be honest! If nothing else you do, make sure you look at MCG. Decision is yours but they definitely deserve a look.

  Reply from the business

Jim, a 38-square roof with multiple bump outs is no small undertaking — glad the crew handled it the way they should and flagged that flashing issue while they were up there. That's the kind of thing that matters. GAF products paired with a crew that actually pays attention is exactly what a job like that calls for, and we're glad Michael C. Graham & Son Construction earned your trust after 25 years. The whole Graham family thanks you! 🙏

This is not roof related but whoever you have working for you- a woman in a big truck, you are lucky to have her. My girlfriend and I witnessed her get out of her truck, run across traffic to give water and snacks and LITERALLY the shirt off her back in 95°F heat to a homeless man absolutely restored my faith in humanity. It also showed me the type of people that your company hires. I will be recommending your company to anyone looking for a roof! Thank her for me!

Stephen, that story stopped us in our tracks — what a moment to witness. That's just who she is, and honestly, it's the kind of person we're proud to have representing Michael C. We hired this company for a large project that included replacing our roof, repairing a substantial amount of siding, and completing gutter work. They exceeded our expectations in every way. The team was extremely punctual, professional, and well organized, and the quality of the work is excellent. Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Bridget, thank you so much for the kind words! A project that size — roof, siding, and gutters all at once — takes real coordination, and we're glad the team made it feel smooth from start to finish. Punctuality and attention to detail aren't extras for us, they're just how we work. We truly appreciate the recommendation and hope to be your go-to crew for anything your home needs down the road. The whole Graham family thanks you! 🙏

I can’t say enough about this company. They are a well oiled machine. These people work very hard long days until the job is done. They clean up at the end of each day and never left my property a mess. They were polite and timely and communicated throughout the process. They took photos of the work they were doing. They went above and beyond to make me happy. The most important thing is they did quality work. My neighbor got a cheaper company to do his siding and it waves and buckles with the changing weather while mine is straight and looks amazing. They completed every request I had with no issues. They replaced not only my siding but roof, trim, soffit, hung lights, new outdoor outlets and some insulation. They repaired any rotted or bad areas before placing new insulation or siding on. They have an electrician they work with and are well versed with coordinating with national grid if needed. I am OCD and these people were able to meet and beat my expectations. My house looks new. I can’t say thank you enough!

Ashley, thank you so much for taking the time to share this — it genuinely means the world to us. Reviews like yours are exactly why we do this work the way we do. Our crew takes real pride in showing up clean, communicating honestly, and not cutting corners, so hearing that it showed through every step of your project is the best kind of feedback we can get. The comparison with your neighbor's siding says it all — quality installation holds up, and we're glad yours looks amazing. We loved working on your home, and we hope you enjoy it for many years to come. The whole Graham family thanks you! 🙏

After dealing with a terrible experience and a botched roofing job from another company, Michael C. Graham & Sons Roofing completely restored our faith in contractors. From the first inspection, they were honest, professional, and incredibly thorough in explaining what went wrong and how they would fix it properly. Their crew was dependable, skilled, and paid attention to every detail while sending us pictures throughout the process. You could immediately tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. They corrected the issues the previous roofer left behind and gave us peace of mind knowing our roof was finally done correctly. The workmanship, communication, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. We are so grateful we found them and would highly recommend Michael C. Graham & Sons Roofing to anyone in the Syracuse area — especially if you’ve had a bad experience with another contractor and need someone you can truly trust. ~Stephanie K.

The job was in a roofing job with a change in roofline over part of the home. It was in North Syracuse, May 2026. Everyone that we dealt with were consummate professionals. Before the meeting Mr. Graham pulled satellite maps and house plans from village codes to prepare, so he knew the square footage and relevant property details. At every stage of the process they were always on time, with the meeting, the estimate, and the given work start date. The crew was on site by 7:30 AM and worked for over 12 hours, completing the job in a day. Everyone was polite. The job came in on budget and they cleaned up nicely when they were finished. It was a pleasure to do business with these folks and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They made the process easy and we are very grateful.

Had my roof replaced today......what can I say..... Jena and her very hard-working crew did an outstanding job. The crew got right down to business and were very courteous and obviously very good at their job. MCG & S Construction have done other neighbors on my street and have shared with me the same positive experience. The customer service was above what I had expected. If you do not want to waste time getting multiple quotes and want to be confident in your choice, Michael C. Graham & Son Construction should be your choice. Professional, quality workmanship and materials and willingness to please their customers. Thanks! to all of you who represent the MCG & S Construction company. A very happy customer!!!

We had our roof on the house replaced as well as facia and soffits on our garage. Jena (Our project manager) called the day before to let us know what time they would be here and actually the entire crew showed up approximately 1/2 hr early. They went right to work and completed all the work within one day. (How often can you get that kind of service). Jena was extremely personable and straightforward with any questions or concerns and also took pictures of some leak damage so we could understand the situation. The whole experience was very pleasant and uneventful. I could keep going with good things to say but instead will say Michael Graham and Son Roofing are truly a Class Act. We are already talking about our next project for this year and possibly another one next year. What a great company to do business with and plan more in the future.

Michael C Graham & son's roofing did a wonderful job replacing our roof. Michael thoroughly explained his quote and what would be done, in person. His team, led by Jena, was courteous, efficient, and very professional. They used high quality materials and were very careful not to damage anything on our gutters or around the house. They thorougly cleaned up our property and the surrounding property as they finished. The entire job was done in less than one day. Great job, I definitely recommend them.

Commercial roofing doesn't get simpler with age — flat roofs especially need attention after a full summer of heat and UV exposure. Business owners in Camillus and Baldwinsville who put off inspections often end up dealing with interior water damage right when fall rain arrives. Michael C. Graham & Son Construction has handled commercial roofing projects across Central New York for generations, and we know what end-of-summer wear looks like before it becomes a real problem.
