  False promises and headaches - do not do business with this company! I hired Miceli Roofing to help remove ice dams from my roof this winter. They charged $500 to come and then refused to remove the ice dams. I wasted days waiting for them only to end up with leaks. They then offered to come back after the winter to inspect the roof only to then tell me their insurance company advised them against it and they would not inspect the roof.

  I contacted Micelli Roofing in August. They came without notice and "repaired the roof" while I was in Vermont. They used the wrong shingles and did not fix the leak. After 5 months of being their last priority, I am left in worse shape …

  Debra, as stated in our phone conversation we are truly sorry we could not meet your expectations. We will be sending you a full refund of $590.00. As also discussed, John will be on site 12/20/2023 to remove the plastic in the attic. We are truly sorry we could not send anyone out yesterday to put the chimney cap on the roof. The winds are dangerous for our team and we could not access the roof in the storm. Yes, the shingles did not match perfectly, however, Mr. Miceli did remove the shingles, re-shingled the area to ensure the color matched as best as possible and to ensure the work was done correctly. We are not perfect but truly value our customers and their experience. We will continue to strive to be better at what we do and continue to be transparent with our customers.   Called seven times over a two week period, they never once answered the phone. I left four voice messages, never received a single call back. We hired Miceli to install our brand new roof in 2015 because we wanted to give a local company the opportunity for the business. They guaranteed their work on a 10-year warranty, ,and 20 years on the product. Now they hide from us like the plague. I would certainly not recommend them.

  This team was professional, respectful, honest and fast. The whole process from the personal and direct walkthrough and assessment to the final product were high quality. As a new homeowner, it’s a big sigh of relief to have discovered them and to feel like I can trust a team to keep my home and family safe! The office and field team communicate quickly and efficiently and I was never left with a question unanswered. They took care to clean up after the project, the roof was done in one day, and the property was well cared for. The pricing was fair and the itemized list of costs was accurate. I would highly recommend you hire Miceli roofing for your home project.

  Contacted 4 different roofers in advance of our planned roofing needs. We decided on Micelli based upon the personality and professionalism of John Miceli during his visit and inspection of our roof. He showed up on time and sent us the quote when he said he would. He also found that one of our gutters was missing some brackets and told us he would fix them at no charge. The price was very fair so we booked the job. He and his team again showed up when they said they would. The roof was completed in one day including the thorough clean up. The work was done on a Friday and John came back Saturday morning to follow up and make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend Miceli Roofing to everyone looking for a good job at a fair price.

  John Miceli's group replaced the roof on my home. The work process was well organized and coordinated. The demo activities were managed in a manner that fully protected shrubs and lawn, and cleanup was pristinely done. The crew was outstanding and extremely hard working. The office support was also outstanding, responsive, kind, and accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend Miceli for any roof replacement project.

  The team at Miceli roofing was very efficient & quick at removing the snow/ice dams off my roof within days after a historic blizzard. Highly recommend them!! Lydia was helpful & pleasant to speak to making the initial appointment. Tony arrived with a team of brave guys to go up on an icy roof to clear off what started becoming an issue inside. Definitely add them to my contact list for the future.
