  They did a good job on roofing but did not follow up on questions about repairs I was charged for. They have also not reinstalled water diverters. Now I don’t get calls returned. I cannot recommend this company.

  I have two leaks in my roof. They were suppose to come last week to fix. They didn't. It rained a lot and now my ceiling is about to fall. They didn't go on my roof to prevent leaking while waiting for them. The office isn't following up with my call. The office works from home so she doesn't have most the info in front of her most of the time to answer your questions properly. Save yourself some grief and use someone that cares.

  I recently posted this review of McGuire Roofing to Facebook. Today, their rep Larry called MY phone, asked to speak to my husband, and then tore into ME about the review. EVERY SINGLE WORD OF MY REVIEW IS TRUE. But this misogynist bypassed me, lied to my husband, exaggerated the review, and GASLIT me. Hmm. Ladies... ever experienced this? Review: You took 6 months to replace our roof, never returned a call, didn't buy the right materials for the obvious truss and roof replacement, and allowed a non-English-speaking crew to work on our roof UNsupervised with a 10-year-old child...who fell off the ladder. Expect more reviews and reports to authorities to come. Shame on you.

  Mr Kesterson, As we discussed, we feel the manufacturer should have been responsible for the delamination of the shingles. However they haven’t stepped up. Therefore as we discussed WE will correct any issues any and continue to take it up with the manufacturer afterwards.

  Supplies were delivered and then sat on our lawn for 2 weeks. Called and the lady who answered the phone said she thought they had already installed our roof. She said that they would come on Thursday. They didn't show . I texted her and she said it was because of the rain later that day she said they would be there in Friday. They came and began work. They took a very long lunch break because of the heat. Which I understand. However they fell asleep on my front porch blocking our front door. I notified her of this. I asked for a discount since the supplies sat on my lawn for 2 weeks without anyone calling us. We were out of town. She said she would see what she could do. We received the invoice and no discount. I do not recommend this company.

  Found this company on GAF home page where they buy their product. Did a search for my area and this company and four others with good ratings from GAF came up. I filled out the form on McGuire web page. Got an e mail reply back. They asked address and other questions. I said just call me and I will answer all questions. Nope just e mail us the person replied. I did and they made an appointment for next day at 12pm. Said Cory would come. I waited till 2:40 pm, no Cory,no text, no phone call. This tells me to find some other company.

  Everson came out and did a site survey. He explained what we needed and walked me through the process. He helped me get financing and the install went perfectly. He’s been available throughout the process to answer any questions. I highly recommend them.

  McGuire Roofing replaced my 5" gutters with 6" gutters. (The smaller gutters were inadequate.) The sales rep Everson was great. He explained things, offered options and listened to my concerns. He checked on the install and followed up with me later. Complete professional. They came when they said and completed replacing all the gutters in one day. They also cleaned up well. Quality job and a fair price.

  Great job and outstanding customer service. From our initial contact with the office staff to the installers, this company provided for all our needs. Everson walked us through each step of the process and gave us peace of mind throughout the installation. The crew were professional and hard working. Their expertise shows! We highly recommend McGuires Roofing and are so pleased with our new roof!

  We had a leak around our chimney that led to roof damage under the shingles. Cody came out and inspected everything and explained what needed to be done and how to bring everything up to code. We ask for 2 quotes, one for just the repair and one for an entire roof replacement. Both quotes were very honest, and in line with what we were expecting. What made them stand out is the fact that Cody told us that our roof still had about 10 years left on it and suggested to repair versus replace. He could have pushed the new roof quote for a lot more money but he focused on our best interest over their profit. Once the work began, it was finished quickly and they didn't inconvenience us at all, and the job looks great. Highly recommend.
