  Filled the service request form on their website, called and left info with their AI bot. Got no callback at all. Update on 03/08: just added a screenshot of your auto email reply to my request. BTW, I am a new customer asking for service. I'll fill that form on your website again. And I have to say the AI assistant on the phone is not helpful.

  We were never hired by this person and so no roofing services of any kind were performed for this review. We can totally understand your frustration and so we looked into this issue in great detail and we have no record of your name or information on any our our form fills or phone call logs. Maybe its possible you have us confused with another roofing company you may have called.   We just had a new metal roof installed on our home in Central Austin, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jason brought a real personal touch to the whole project — he was responsive, honest, and clearly cared about getting it right. His crew, led by Ivan, was professional, hardworking, and left our property spotless every day. The finished roof looks fantastic and the whole team made what could've been a stressful project completely painless. I'd highly recommend this company to my friends and family without hesitation!

  We've been working with them since around 2018, first just a few minor repairs, then a full roof replacement and chimney restoration. We've had an excellent experience and Jason has always been on top of things from day one. Their pricing has been great, the level of trust high, and the quality of work also high.
