  The pictures speak for themselves. This is their work. Gutters leaning away from the downspout, guards shoved under the shingles, no sealant in the joints? Gutters leaking all around the house even where there is no trees or debris, Yikes., Course the owner says this is all my fault. Can't emphasize enough. If you hire them and your paying your own cash ,check the work as they go. Get another inspection. If your insurance is paying everything maybe you will be happy as everything, all smiles, no matter what their work is. **As you can see from the owners swift ranting on forever, "Im the greatest" , response, this is who you will be dealing with. I still have leaking all around the house gutters. Read it carefully guys.

  Christine, as you can see from our profile, you still hold the title for our ONLY one star review. To which now, you are the double champ at being the beholder of our two one star reviews. Much as before, when we assisted you two years ago, your unwillingness to resolve the "issue" at hand, has led you to writing yet another bad review. Without posting all of our communications, you best believe that when you came forward with your first issue, we responded, took photos, emailed you back, told you what had happened, fixed the issue, responded back again, all with no thanks or acknowledgement. Which was not to be expected from our previous dealings. Another month or so passed, you presented us with another "issue". This time claiming siding issues. I personally went to the home, took photos again, asked you to mark on the photos where your concern was, you sent back areas of concern. It wasn't siding as you said in your email it was the gutters or more so the gutter guards. I called, texted and emailed asking to meet with you or speak with you. You refused, multiple times. You state that you do not want to deal with me and that you'd rather deal with the office and bark orders and demand fixes all of which need to be ran through me, as the owner, and all of which are concerns and "issues" that are not warranty related. I have explained this to you multiple times and in multiple different ways. I even sent videos of the "leaking" gutters that you claim, showing you that it is water pouring over the top of the gutter guards where debris has built up. I went on your roof, while it was raining, to show you exactly what you are claiming, and that it is not the gutter leaking, that it is the overflow water from areas that have tree debris. I asked to meet with you again, you refused. For some reason, even with video proof, you still continue to defame our company and complain with no merit.   No Soliciting means NO SOLICITING. Don't knock, don't leave your business card. Turn around and walk away. Every door has the same sign. "No Soliciting", "Beware of Dogs", "Not Welcome". Read, Learn, Move On.

  Strange ,,,my daughters critical review was erased from these reviews! Bottom line don't do business with this company without an inspector!!!!

  Connor and Masters Roofing handled all insurance aspect of it and I didn’t have to lift a finger. With insurance it took awhile but Connor and adjuster kept me up to date on claim. Once it was approved, it moved quickly and they got it …

  Masters Roofing came quickly to see about fixing two roof leaks and Connor Jackson did a super job walking the steep roof and documenting the reasons for the leaks and that the roof had pretty much outlived it's 24 years. The crew came as promised, was respectful of property and my questions, finished and totally cleaned up in 12 hours. The owner and Connor came to check to see that the job was done right and that we were satisfied.. We are! Documentation with before and after pictures was such an informative way to convey the work.

  Masters Roofing deserves five stars and more. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof or the experience from start to finish. They responded quickly to every call and message, which already made us feel taken care of. Jeff, the owner, was wonderful to work with — friendly, detailed, and incredibly patient with all our questions. The price was fair, the crew was professional, and they completed the entire job in one day.   Masters Roofing is a pleasure to work with! We required a full roof replacement and Michael came out to examine our roof and provided a reasonable estimate within the same day. The repair was scheduled quickly and taken care of with the upmost care. We received thorough updates and photos throughout the day of the project and it was done in no time! We cannot thank Michael and Masters Roofing enough for their great work and making this process so much less stressful for us!

  Recently, I asked homeowners on this site for help with roof replacement. Here's my report back to you. After soliciting bids from several companies, I selected Masters Roofing to replace my roof. ⦁ The job was priced at market levels and completed as bid; ⦁ There was a one-day turnaround (3500 ft2). Regarding 'softer' measures: ⦁ My wife's plants were undamaged, as was shrubbery etc; ⦁ Clean-up? I couldn't even find a stray nail in the yard afterwards; ⦁ To my (untrained) eye, appears to be excellent work. The entire process went smoothly and quickly. My contact was Michael Torres, who managed the project, keeping me informed every step of the way. I appreciate his professionalism. Definite 5-star.
