  Nick, who handled my contract and insurance company, was fantastic and I cannot rave enough about him. The issue ensued 4-5 months after I had the company resheet/install a new roof. A leak developed in my kitchen. I contacted Nick and he came out the same day with his boss. However, his boss refused to accept that the roofing work caused the leak, blamed it on my gutters (which were empty), and ignored Nick who said “I wonder if the flashing wasn’t done correctly”. Not only was the flashing installed incorrectly, the original flashing was slapped back down under the new work. The dormer window caps were also installed incorrectly- causing a channel for water to make the leak. The only solution I received from the company was to pay $800 for them to patch the dormer, as they assumed that was the problem. To say I am disappointed is an understatement and I hope that no one else has to experience the runaround that I did.

  Had the roof done. Residue came in our furnace. It rained and it leaked inside the big pipe on the furnace. No reply but sent out a person With a glue gun. Called again to discuss with owner and no reply. Would not recommend.

  Henrietta, I believe you are a bit confused. We did reply to your husband Tom. We told him someone would come out to check out what was going on. Our tech arrived within 2 hours of when you contacted us. Upon arrival he had a caulk gun ready to seal up any potential areas that could be causing a leak, however as we suspected your roof was NOT the issue. You have an hvac furnace pipe that was cracked ( see photo below) We are not an hvac company. To solve hvac issues like the one causing your leak, as we instructed, you need to contact an HVAC company. We apologize for your troubles, however I assure the issue your having is NOT roof related in any way shape or form. Please feel free to contact us and we can refer you to an hvac company that can resolve your issue.

  I had a leak that was destroying my bathroom ceiling and I got a recommendation for MasterRoof contracting. I called and they said they would be out the next day and never showed up, no phone call, no explanation. Not a great way to run a business, I decided to get my roof replaced with a different company.

  MasterRoof really came through for me. I Had a roof leak near a dormer window on my home. We orginally thought we could just reflash and reside the dormer windows. But once they did that, the water found another way in. MasterRoof came out again and redid the whole roof about a week after, at a very reasonably price. Highly reccomend!

  I'm Janet, Nick was truly someone who gave me reasons to believe again and have faith in mankind. He was compassionate and easy to work with. His workers were efficient, polite and hard workers. I am recommending them to several friends and more. Excellent job!!!!

  MasterRoof did an excellent job on our project. They worked around bad weather without any issues, got us scheduled quickly, and completed the entire job in a single day. The crew was efficient and clearly knew what they were doing, and the final result looks great. Our project manager, Derek Rogers, kept everything on track and made the process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want fast, professional work done right.

  Jim and Roman are awesome! We had a piece of fascia and a few shingles blow off in the recent wind storm. They came out and fixed everything super quickly! Looks great. Thank you- Couldn't ask for a better team!

  Very happy customer! MasterRoof Contracting came out quick to take a look at my roof and determined there were minor repairs required. There was no sales pitch, no false promises, no pushy antics, just a straightforward analysis of my situation. They knew what they were talking about, treated me with kindness, and communicated well during our entire interaction. They have my business for life!

  I can never say enough about how amazing MasterRoof is! I reached out because my grandmother was worried that she had shingle issues following the wind storms. Roman and Jim came to her house first thing without hesitation! She called me and RAVED about how amazing they both were. She felt well taken care of and assured all was good to go! Will ALWAYS recommend to my family and friends.. and so should you! :)
