i was really impressed with troy and the roofing team. We needed a new roof and gutters after storm damage, and he walked us through the whole process step by step in a clear, easy way. he was professional the entire time and made the job feel simple from start to finish. the crew finished the roof in one day, and because of some rain they came back on another day to complete the gutters, which only took a few hours. troy kept us updated, answered every question, and made sure everything on the roofing work was done right. Since the insurance estimate came in higher than the final roofing cost, they upgraded us to high impact shingles and also added a ridge vent. that has helped the house stay cooler during the hot Salem weather and has even helped lower our AC use. they were honest, skilled, and easy to work with. the cleanup was thorough, the new roof looks great, and the gutters were installed perfectly. i would gladly hire them again for any roofing or gutter work. you will be happy you chose them.

Martin Family Roofing Llc was great to work with for our residential roof tear-off and full replacement in Salem. They kept us informed through each step, and both the office team and the roofing crew were excellent. Troy and the crew worked late to get the shingle roof finished before changing weather moved in. Once the new shingles were installed, the property looked spotless, like no one had even been there. The dumpster was removed right away, and our flowers, shrubs, and landscaping were left in great shape. I would highly recommend them to friends and family for roofing work.

we hired a roofing contractor to replace our roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia after wind and storm damage to our older cape cod home in salem. i was impressed through every step of the project. troy and the crew were outstanding, with strong attention to detail and real skill in roofing and exterior work. they finished the job very quickly in just two days, and by the end of the first day i could already see a huge difference and felt so relieved. when the work was done, they even sent a cleanup crew the next day to remove leftover debris and nails from the yard. the whole process felt organized, professional, and easy to understand, from the inspection to the final walkthrough. i would recommend them without hesitation for roofing, gutter, and storm repair work.

I reached out to several roofers for an estimate on exterior work, and when Troy from Martin Family Roofing LLC stopped by, i also asked about new gutters and a few front windows. He helped coordinate everything and made the whole process easy. Within a few weeks, the exterior repairs were completed and the home looked much better. The gutter installation had a small mix-up at first, but troy got the crew back out the next day and everything was finished the right way. The windows arrived sooner than expected and were installed smoothly with no issues. We have received many compliments from neighbors on the updated look of the house in Salem. Troy and the crew were polite, professional, and easy to work with, and the communication throughout the job was solid. very happy with the results and the overall service.

We were very pleased to have Troy and the crew from Martin Family Roofing LLC repair and seal the roof on our medical office building in Salem. After several other roofing contractors tried to fix the leak without lasting results, this team was the one that finally got it handled right. Troy inspected the problem carefully, explained what was needed, and gave us a fair quote. The work was completed professionally, and our commercial roof is now dry and protected. We really appreciate the quality workmanship, clear communication, and a job well done.
