  I am amazed there are positive reviews on this company. This company stood us up four times after making appointments. Then the owner came to our house to apologized and thanked me for being so patient and then he never followed up also. Bizarre experience.

  Contacted Marquis the morning after ice dams started multiple leaks in my house. Not only did they get to my house that day, but did the work for a reasonable rate. In addition to working swiftly, they also explained places they chose not to take ice off of (as it likely would have caused more damage). After their work, I had no more water damage (still need to get the source of the ice damming resolved - but not their issue). No joke, they made it so I could sleep again the next night.

Ice dam leaks are incredibly stressful, especially when they start causing interior damage, so we’re glad we could get out the same day and stop it from getting worse. We also appreciate you mentioning the areas we intentionally left alone. Sometimes removing certain ice can create more damage, and we always make those calls carefully to protect the roof.
