  I live in a small subdivision where on trash days our one private road is congested. Taylor roofing was installing a new roof across the way. The trash and recycling truck past by twice trying to enter our complex but with no avail. First time, I asked one of the workers if they can move their truck so we mayy get our trash picked up. He abliged with no problem. I go back in my house and here the truck with shingles pulling in. I walked up to what I think was the owner or field supervisor and asked if the garage could come in and pick up our trash. He said" Are you having a bad day and do I need a hug"? Look sir " all I want is some consideration when blocking the entrance to the subdivision for trash days. He was very condescending and unprofessional. The Field Manger working just lost my business for a new roof.

  No response after multiple emails to Justin. Asked me to send pics, since they never actually came to my property in person. Wish I would have never sent their info, or quote to my insurance. Yes the quote wasn’t the issue. I received a call from Justin, needing me to send him pics of damage.I responded instantly with pictures and videos. I haven’t heard anything since. I have responded saying I haven’t heard anything back, and asking if I needed to do anything else. No calls, emails, no response at all.

  I hired Mark Taylor Construction to fix a leak in my Florida room. Shawn persisted until the leak was fixed. His sticktoitiveness showed real grit.

  We had a water leak though an old vent pipe in our roof that Mark's team was able to fix immediately. He is always a professional and cares about his clients and doing the job well. Highly recommend!

  Mark Taylor construction covered and secured our damaged roof after the hurricane. Vickie Mann went over and above to get the correct material and color we chose and got it done on schedule. Well done.

  I have worked in the construction industry for decades. I needed a roof replacement on a business I help manage. I chose Mark Taylor's company to do the roof replacement. They did a perfect job! Zero issues with them! Got the job done on time, without problems, and for the amount of money that I thought it should cost. Excellent all around!
