Dear Paul, We want to extend our deepest apologies for the experience that led to your dissatisfaction. At the time of the issue, our team was inundated with an unusually high volume of phone calls—dozens upon dozens each day—which overwhelmed our limited staff. This caused delays and challenges in providing the level of service we strive to deliver. We recognize that this was far from the experience you deserved, and we’re truly sorry for any frustration or inconvenience this caused you. To address this, we’ve taken immediate steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We’ve hired additional full-time team members dedicated to answering calls promptly and efficiently, significantly increasing our capacity to assist customers. We’ve also implemented new processes to better manage high call volumes and improve response times. Your feedback has been invaluable in helping us identify and resolve these shortcomings, and we’re committed to using it to enhance our service moving forward. We deeply regret that this situation resulted in a 1-star rating, as providing exceptional service is at the core of what we do. We’d love the opportunity to make things right with you, whether through addressing your specific concerns or offering a gesture to restore your confidence in us. Please feel free to reach out directly so we can discuss how we can resolve this to your satisfaction. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction in the future. Sincerely, Mara Roofing and Exteriors.

Kevin and his crew did a great job for us -- they showed up when they said they would, left the site looking tidy, were very pleasant and respectful, and the work looks great. We appreciated how quickly they were able to complete the work.

Earlier this year, Kevin and team installed the roof portion of a skylight when doing our roof. After, we had a separate contractor come to complete the internal finishing of it, which required connecting the skylight to the ceiling (approximately 10 feet tall). The secondary contractor stated “whoever installed this skylight did a perfect job and made our job extremely easy to finish off appropriately”. Thank you Kevin for doing a proper professional job as always. Looking forward to our next project!
