  Argumentative people. Slow service literally takes ages for them to fix and even after they fix a problem it just somehow happens to be a reoccurring problem. If you want a problem fixed once and for all, I don’t recommend this company.

  If you want renovations or Additions done BEWARE! So how does a professional company send a guy to lay a floor that has no knowledge of proper laying of a floor. A man came to lay my flooring today. He came with no level, no cleaning apparatuses no leveling compound, the tool you use to make sure everything is locked in tight without damaging the tile or spacers. When he originally texted me that he was coming I asked if he had a shop vacuum. He said I did not know I needed one. I sent him pictures of the mess that he would be dealing with that was left from the painter. He said he would move everything. When he got here he moved everything into one room. I asked if someone was bringing him a shop vacuum. He said no he was just here to lay the floor. Of course i did not let him lay the floor. There is joint compound and drywall dust which would make the floor tiles sit unevenly. Also there are three spots where the wood on the floor is not even so it need leveling compound. I asked some other flooring experts and they said you never lay flooring on a dirty surface and yes they should be leveling the floor before tile goes down. I am not sure why I thought I hired a professional to do my addition but keep getting mediocre work that has to be repaired or redone. This has been a very unpleasant experience for us. I would not recommend them. As this is not the first time during our addition being built that I had to question why things were not getting done properly. Would you want a new floor to be put down without cleaning first.

  One of their drivers cut me off in traffic and started screaming at me. Beware hiring a company when you don’t know how they/their employees act and behave. Imagine having him screaming at a customer or your neighbor that way. I wouldn’t want people like that working in or around my neighborhood.

  Well , I wish that I could have had the same experience as others But no. Had a deck scheduled confirmed Oct. 29th, then no show. They rescheduled 14th of November again no show , no phone calls to this day. We still have their deck samples too but at this point they will be discarded. I would be very leery to hire this company .

  this company, extremely horrible contactor I ever seen waiting for the estimate more than a month. Never get back them for the complete estimate and keep promising lying. stay away from this company.

  Did an entire tear off and replace in one day. Great hard working crew, did a great job protecting everything around the house, cleaned up the area as if they hadn't even been there. Very fair price and Jeremy, is very above board about materials and how the job was going to be done. Recommend!!

  Went ahead and updated my review, since work finally got addressed after a complaint for a neighbor. The did what they should have done in the first place by putting the downspout to the back of our yard, instead of directly in ours. Wood is no longer exposed at the top. Long story short, if they clearly are ghosting you, it's probably best to address the issue over the internet so they can attempt to take their clients seriously. Good luck to anyone who uses Mann Roofing! Will keep original review up: If you’re looking for a cheap, poor excuse of a company who constantly ghosts their clients, fail to take responsibility for their poor installation of gutters, and talk literally about a complaint and blow it off (on camera)… this is the company for you! I’m not even a direct client, just neighbor of a client who fell victim to this company. For privacy of my neighbors, I’m just going to give their first name, Michael and Jessica I’m upset because they failed to do multiple things: 1. They came out to do the roof in November for them, I have text messages from my neighbor with expectations to come out the following week to do gutters…. They literally just did them in February. A joke 2. The day they came out to the property (which was a day after they advised Mike and Jess) was Friday, unannounced, where they came into our property. Only for my partner to see them on our side door camera, and back yard. He confronted the employee and employee was “surprised” no one knocked on our door. We have footage of the whole interaction, no one was there. 2. Biggest issue is their “craftsmanship” exposed fascia, the runoff spout goes DIRECTLY into our yard. When my partner saw their installation, he immediately came out and addressed the issue. The employee gave every excuse he could try to pull out of his hat, and decided to continue the job. 3. The third issue is for the audacity of that employee to literally complain on footage of our concern, immediately blow it off to the

  I had eight contractors to give me en estimate on replacing my roof. But, I had to go with Jeremy because he was the most honest person I spoke with and he is the owner of Mann. He did a great job explaining the whole process to me and gave me very good price. He is very knowledgeable and a guy of his word. Beside, Miguel and the whole crew they did amazing job on the project they were very detailed and organized. They had to replace 75 sheets of plywood and replace four skylights. Basically my roof been leaking for very long time and I just bought the house a month ago. Jeremy was very helpful regarding my situation and I will never forget his help. I will definitely recommend him to anybody for any job beside roofing. The whole crew did amazing job. Big thanks to all of you, my family and I appreciate it.

  Could not be happier with the crew or the results. Beyond my expectations. Mann construction showed up for the estimate on time. Kyle actually got on my roof and took pictures to show me what needed to be done. Very professional, I had a dormer and skylights done also. The result was transformational. Responsive, professional, and great value.

  Mann Roofing helped us completely re-do our detached garage roof, initially done extremely poorly by another contractor. From my first outreach for an estimate all the way to project completion, they were extremely communicative and incredibly friendly. The crew did a fantastic job, worked efficiently, made sure we did a thorough inspection afterwards and cleaned up so well you never knew they were here! I’m so happy we went with Mann, so much so that they are going to do our main home roof next spring 😊 Looking forward to working with them again!

  EXCELLENT work for a very fair price. The team was very professional & arrived to my home 20 minutes early. The job was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup was great. I would highly recommend using this company for roofing.
