  My fiance and I are currently looking for estimates on a new roof. We contacted these yahoos and set up an appointment. The customer service wasn't as good as some of the other companies, but oh well. We got a call 15 minutes before our *first* appointment to reschedule. So I left work a few days later to meet them. Got a call AT the time of the appointment to-again-reschedule. We called 10-15 min after the re-recheduled time a few days after that when he still hadn't shown up and he said he'd be there in 10. Finally showed up 35 minutes late, handed me some booklets and went over about 2 minutes of procedure talk. I got to say nothing other than ok twice before he left. He claimed to have 'already gotten measurements' (he pulled up and came directly to our door and left immediately after) and would send something over. Very unprofessional, the guy showed up wearing a track suit and a flatbill. No company markings anywhere to be seen. No explanation or excuse why he was so late.

  Malick installed my new roof September 2024. It started leaking June 2025. Have been trying to get them out to fix it for 12 weeks. I have been no-showed and rescheduled eleven times. Last one was no-call and no-show. If you are not a “big job” you are not a priority. Good luck to you if you choose to work with this company.

  Please note we were never contracted to do any work for this individual. We were contracted by the previous owner. Which at that time a work order with the skylight was sent to us. We ordered the skylight and installed it. The scope of work and material list went through 2 different people for approval and signatures. Everything was signed off on and the materials and work in the contract were performed and completed in full. Then a few months later this individual called in and stated that the skylight is not what he wanted. Then after the contract was sent to this individual to show what we were hired to do. We completed all work we were contracted for. We did not decline to further assist we were going to provide an estimate to get the skylight this individual would like and he declined to pay for this work. I am sorry about the mishap but you need to take this issue up with the seller who contracted us and that was satisfied with the work.   We got windows and a new roof for a good price last March. Roof I have no complaints. This review is only for the windows. DO NOT GET WINDOWS FROM THEM. They’re good people, but the window experience was a bad one. The windows were not insulated around the frame with spray foam. This really takes away from the purpose of efficiency with 3 pane windows. Also, just disappointed in the quality of the windows. Brown spots and cheap quality locks that have a hard time locking. They never finished patching around the windows / caulking them until we made a big ordeal about it and even then it wasn’t a good job. I would recommend that you go through an actual window company who specializes in windows and has a team, not random contractors, that the company invests in and trains. Quality Assurance/ Quality Control was not enforced by the company owners, that was left to us. Wish we had only done the roof and not the windows through Malick brothers.

I’m happy to hear the roof is great but the windows on the other hand we were under the understanding that the inside of the house was being completely remodeled. Iet us know what we can do to make this right and we will. We returned multiple times to correct a few issues with no hesitation. We are willing to fix this if you let us!

  I've seen the Malick Brothers truck in my area several times. They did a wonderful job on my neighbor's roof and Clint (driving the Malick Brothers truck) happened to be passing by and I flagged him down. I told him I have a metal guard for my gutter flapping in the wind and that I tried several fixes to keep the guard for my gutter connected to the gutter. Clint stopped his truck, went up on a ladder, and 5 minutes later the guard was reattached to my gutter. I asked how much and he laughed and said "no job is too small, but some jobs are too small to charge for". You can't miss the truck, it's blue with a dog on the side that means business! I told Clint I was putting his number in my phone and I will be calling Malick Brothers the next time I have a paying job for Clint! What a nice and understanding guy.... I am so appreciative and glad to have a company I can call to take care of any future roofing or gutter issue! MADE MY DAY!

  Very professional company did a great job had new steps put our house last year and they covered all the wood and made sure no damage to new steps. Fast efficient and great company to deal with.Clint kept us posted sent videos and pictures. Would highly recommend this company.

  I can’t recommend Malick Brothers Exteriors LLC enough! Ryan was absolutely amazing to work with. I called about an issue, and he responded right away.   This company is fantastic. Their scheduling and communication was excellent and their service was exactly as requested.   From the initial meeting to the final drone pictures of my new roof, I was completely satisfied with the work. Every aspect was clearly explained in advance and the follow through was very professionally executed. At the initial meeting all my questions, including some I had not thought to ask, were answered.   My ceiling was leaking from the ice dams on my roof and I called Malick brothers roofing yesterday and they made time out of their busy schedules to get me in today. Malick had his guys come out and they very professional and took care of the problem efficiently! I will forever be using this roofing company !
