  Glad I haven't picked up this company! I had my roof replacement estimate appointment and their agent said that he would email me the estimate soon, waited for two weeks and nothing! I called EAS Roofing after two weeks for my estimate and the operator couldn't find any estimates in her system for my property, I guess they didn't want the job! If that's how the beginning looks like, imagine how the end will be like!

  I liked them at first but they ghosted me the minute I mentioned insurance and never responded to follow ups so I had to go with a different contractor.

During that time, we understand you were away on vacation, and unfortunately, we never heard back after the report process.   Great process, communication, and follow-through. Very hard working team knocked out a large roof in under 2 days. The pricing was in line with other quotes we received. Update: After they took away the dumpster, the driveway had large scrapes (which the dumpster company documented) and there were oil marks left all over the driveway. EAS confirmed they'd be fixing it and was even specific on how – they would be using a pressure washer on the whole driveway so it looked consistent. This didn't happen – they sent roofers over with scrub brushes, which obviously did nothing. I went back and forth with Kristi in the office who said they would make things right, especially the scrapes/gouges. The last comm I received from them was October 6, 2025. I tried them again once the snow has stopped and they didn't respond. At this point I have no choice other than to give them a bad rating.

  I had EAS repair box gutters, which were lined with nothing more than thick aluminum foil. Only took them about 45 minutes. This was in August 2025. There are gaps, and they are now leaking. I have a contractor up on my roof that pointed this out to me. I had high hopes for this job, but wasted my money. paid close to 2000.00 for a job that now needs redone.

  They gave me estimate of 8000 after all said it cost over 10000. They didn't do it right to finish the job they want another 5000. Would not refer them to anyone. They know how ripe people off.

Your project included a roof replacement, with gutters scheduled to follow. During the roofing process, when installing the drip edge, our team discovered rotted fascia board that was not visible prior to starting the job. This is a common issue with older homes and, for safety and structural reasons, must be addressed before the roof system can be properly completed. We discussed this with you on-site, and with your approval, the damaged fascia wood was replaced and wrapped in metal to protect it from future moisture damage. Due to the way your existing aluminum soffit was originally installed, replacing the fascia resulted in a visible gap between the soffit and the new fascia board. We explained that this is not a workmanship issue, but rather a result of the older soffit system, and that the only way to eliminate the gap would be to upgrade the soffit, which was not part of the original contract. We understand it’s frustrating when unexpected repairs arise, but we made every effort to clearly communicate the issue, provide options, and complete the work correctly and professionally. To clarify, our team explained that you may qualify for third-party financing, which could allow for monthly payments as low as $50 depending on approval, terms, and credit. We do not offer in-house financing, and this was outlined during the proposal process. Your deposit was made by check, and financing applications were not completed, so no financing agreement was in place. We understand how important clarity is when discussing payment options, and we will continue to work on making that communication even clearer moving forward.   Justin never showed for an estimate. Received a b.s. excuse but supposedly they were going to send an estimate (without looking at it) which was never sent. Thanks for wasting my time. Does not seem like a trustworthy company I want to do business with.

  EAS roofing is terrible. They specifically asked me to move the date of my installation to the week of the Home Show, then there was no one here that spoke English when the installation happened. The men who did the work did an excellent job, but I wanted them to roof over an old skylight and install a bathroom fan and I couldn’t say that to them. There was also no communication as to what time or how long they would be there. They also didn’t use the contraption to pick up metal out of the yard, like they advertised. When I called later to get them to fix the old skylight they avoided my calls for months til I gave up. They also painted the flashing wrong twice! So they had to paint it three times total and they didn’t do a great job, there’s now brown, black, and white smudges on the brick. I have a flat top garage and they originally quoted me shingles, I called back after I accepted the quote and set a date and asked if singles was right for a flat roof? And they said no they needed to use a roll out type of roof and it would be 800$ more. I had to correct them in what type of shingle to use! Insane. Very unprofessional work and purposefully bad communication. Update in 2025 because I just thought about this again - It was absolutely EAS Roofing, I am not mixing companies up. I do not have the paperwork anymore because I moved or I would take a picture of it. They cannot find my name because my google account is my maiden name. If this company has no haters it's because I'm dead.

  I honestly think that you have the wrong company can you please call us in our office at 412-781-7663. We have no Meghan Cassidy or even a Cassidy with a install around March. We have Project Managers on every jobsite. They call the day before the install to go over details, and show up first thing in the morning to go over the work again with the homeowner. We also never paint flashing we are not a painting company we will NEVER use paint on a roof. Please look over your paperwork and remove this review and leave it for the correct company

  EAS reached out quickly, and actually sent Ricky out the next day, looked over the damage and gave me an estimate that day. Work was completed in one week, cleaned up after job was completed.
