They drove many miles to my home to leave samples, look at my roof. Had quote in a day or so. My roof can breathe now thanks to Maksim. Had bad experience with previous roofer. Maksim came in, took the roof down to wood, repaired bad spots, put on new shingles. The crew worked non stop. Cleaned up every bit of debris. I have nothing but good things to say about Maksim.

Maksim has replaced roofs on two previous houses, removed beyond repair box gutter on one home, repaired my 130 year old metal roof on my current home, as well as repaired the box gutters. I've trusted them enough not only to keep using …

I will keep it to the facts. Maksim replaced the shingles on a home 3 days prior to the sellers listing the home and us buying the home. During the purchasing process, I reached out and got someone on the phone and requested any documentation on the job that was completed. I was told that they’d get that to me within a week or so. That was early October. All I have from the sellers is an invoice that is one line and not descriptive at all. After calling and texting multiple times, it was clear they were not going to respond. So here is their work. We paid extra for an independent roof inspector to try and give us peace of mind that these giant holes caused by a nailgun with the PSI set too high wouldn’t leak, and are getting work done on it in the spring with another company. If we had been given documentation or a description of the work completed it could’ve been a different story. I regret this experience and wished the outcome could have been better.

Outstanding service. Punctual, fit us into their schedule, came in exactly what the estimate was. Ed is a great communicator and his crew is hard working and got the job done fast. Couldn't recommend more highly. We have a historic home with a flat roof and Maksim did a 100% replacement.

Besides putting on a good roof, the cleanup was nearly immaculate which meant a lot considering we have an unobservant five year old.

My home is over 100 years old in Covington, KY. It needed a new roof shingles, new box gutters, and new downspouts. Box gutter skilled workmanship is hard to find. Maksim Roofing did a great job with the new roof, box gutters and downspouts. Completed our project on time, within estimate, and communicated well. I would recommend without question.

Maskim Roofing came out to our house quickly to look at the job and were quick to schedule us. They are extremely professional and we are very pleased with their work. They sent us photos of our roof showing us where the problem was coming from and final photos showing the repairs. Highly recommend!
