  We are sorry that you feel this parking was disrespectful. We usually do not park this way and this issue has been addressed internally. Our technician moved his truck over to help a handicapped elderly lady have more room to get into her car at Home Depot.

  This company will get your roof repaired quickly and efficiently from what I can tell so far. My roof has been up for about a week now. Jason seems a bit shady but I didn’t have many options during the Christmas holiday. I’m sure I handed over more money than I should have but the job is done. Approach with caution and be sure to ask lots of questions and you will hear the stumbling of word choices for yourself.

  They sent me an email and asked me to give a review, so I’ll give them a review. I will NEVER use them again. Ultimately the work was done and the roof seems to be fine, but the process was uncomfortable and I didn’t feel like I could trust the sales rep I was working with. They had me sign a document which they said was to allow a third party to represent my interests to the insurance company and that they would pay for these costs. Later the third party starting hounding me for money and threatened to take me to collections if I didn’t pay them. At this point, they said that the document I signed that was meant to protect my interests obligated me to pay the third party nearly $1000 out of my own pocket if I chose to use a different roofer. Shame on me for not reading more into the document I signed and for taking what the sales rep told me at face value. I’ve had a bad experience with contractors in the past and Major League Roofing continued this bad experience. There’s plenty of other roofers out there, so I would go find another one.

  I was not happy with the account manager of Major League Roofing since he agreed and promised me but did not keep that . I don't recommend them for any future projects.

  Rachel and her team COMPLETELY EXCEEDED our expectations. They were on site for the Insurance Appraisal making sure all facets of the damage and needed repairs were included. The repair service itself was detailed, the install was elevated craftmanship, and the followup record keeping was respectful and complete. This was the epitome of professional in every way.

  Fantastic service! Gavin was amazing to work with. He was quick to respond and made sure the job got done perfectly! Highly recommended on any size home. My home was 55 years old and they reinforced the weak spots and replaced components that were getting too old. I was a cash buyer so really appreciated the extra care!

  Major League Roofing knocked it out of the park. I've had to replace too many roofs - but the last one was handled by Rachael and Brody at MLR. From the quote all the way through to completion impressed me. I would definitely recommend the company and them both.

  The team at Major League Roofing provided true 5-star service during our roof replacement and gutter installation. From the initial consultation and inspection to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and on schedule. The MLR team also walked me through the insurance claim process, which was extremely helpful. It’s refreshing to work with a family-owned business that has been in the industry for a long time and clearly takes pride in their work.
