  I don’t think they properly assessed the condition of my roof before starting. They treated it like a routine job, but older roofs need more careful evaluation. That lack of planning led to multiple issues later on

  I had a frustrating experience dealing with this roofing service. The initial interaction was smooth, and they made a lot of promises about quality and efficiency. Unfortunately, those promises were not fulfilled. The project took significantly longer than expected, with multiple unexplained delays. What made it worse was the lack of updates—I had to keep reaching out just to get basic information. Once the job was completed, I noticed several imperfections that shouldn’t be present in a new roof. It didn’t look as neat or well-finished as I had hoped. When I tried to bring up these issues, I didn’t receive a satisfactory response. Overall, it felt like the company was more focused on finishing quickly than doing the job properly

  Two years ago we signed contract with roof company Lexington Blu. They took insurance check, and never came back to do job. Few months after that they proclaimed bankruptcy and we never recovered our money. This time we cerifuly chuse company and decided to go with Louisville Roofing. They did fantastic job. Company use best kvality materials, ther workers are professional, and job was done exactly as we have been hoping. Speciall thank to Mr. Jhonathen Phillips for patiently explaining everything and delivering on promis. We wil certainly recommend your company to our family and friends. Erdijana Dizdarevic

  Jonathan Phillips came out and inspected my roof looking for where the leaks were. He found some problems loose shingles and a seal around the furnace vent was cracked causing the leakage. I recommend Jonathan and Louisville Roofing for your roofing needs!

  Had a great experience with Louisville roofing company. We needed our roof replaced mid sale of our home and they did the work upfront quickly and agreed to receive payment upon close of our home. Fantastic work, cleaned up everything perfectly, and communicated effectively.

  Jonathan Phillips came out and inspected my roof looking for where a leak was originating. He found a couple of possibilities and resealed around a vent and a popped nail. Johnathan was very friendly and explained and showed me everything he found. I highly recommend Johnathan and Louisville Roofing. Very satisfied!!

  Louisville Roofing did a wonderful job installing a new roof on our house. It was done in a timely fashion and the workers were efficient and nice. They cleaned up after themselves and the process was fantastic from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.
