I called to get an estimate on Monday, Joe came out that afternoon, he took pictures and a video of the problems and explained what he recommended and would do. I had an estimate and accepted his estimate that same day. Work was done on time on Thursday. He took pictures of what he did. Super nice guy was a pleasure to work with. I have already recommended him to 2 friends.

I highly recommend Lookup Roofing. If there were more than 5 stars I'd give them more. Joe is great in communications. He was great help in dealing with the insurance company. He did everything he said he was going to do. He helped me not only with the roof, but also with damaged gudders and downspouts. He is very, very fair and won't try to sell anymore than what you need. By the way, the work on a new roof is excellent.
