Had someone come check a leak. Told me there was nothing. My roof is leaking terribly and nobody answers my calls. They text me asking for my address but then no reply once they noticed it was my house. This is terrible customer service and now I have a leaking roof. My walls and roof inside the house is ruined. There is water everywhere. My number was also blocked by the main office number.

I told you when I came looked at your leak it was because of the siding with two layers of siding on your house. The only way to fix the issue was to install counter flashing and i did price you to have that installed and you didn't want that done. The leak has nothing to do with the way your roof was installed.

Great experience with David and his team from start to finish. The quote was very competitive, they were professional, on time, and delivered high-quality work. Everything was explained clearly and the results look great. A few nails and small debris were missed during cleanup, but it’s understandable given how tough that is to catch everything. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend!

Hi trung. Thanks for the job and the great review. I am sorry we missed a few nails and pieces of shingles on the ground. I will address that with my team.

This company was recommended to us by a relative who personally knows the owner. We were really happy with the price, work and the owner who not only was part of the work crew but was a real gentleman and very easy to deal with.

We were very happy with this company. Their prices were very good and their work excellent. It was very comforting to see the owner working on the roof even though his crew were very hard working. They worked hard to clean up the area when done to ensure all nails were picked up and garbage picked up. We would highly recommend.

David and his team installed our roof 4 years ago and we have had no issues. They were here when they said they would be, completed when they said they would and clean up was amazing! The roof looks great and the experience with David was awesome. We highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

We had a quote from a company and it was extremely high, I searched the BBB and entered roofers. Up pop LMD Roofing and it was an A+, I called and a kind lady answered. She put my mind at ease about the costs of materials and set up a time for the quote. Dave was highly professional and we needed extra metal facia work completed he took care of it all! The work is wonderful the team was friendly and the care they took in cleaning after..well we are so happy the other guy was gouging us or we wouldn’t have found LMD Roofing!!

Hi Elizabeth. Thanks for putting your trust in us. We had a great time doing your sunroom roof. A little shaky on the rafters when we were changing out the old roof sheeting. Walk like a turtle in that situation lol. Thanks again for putting your home in our hands to make perfect. David Bulgin

If you’re looking for a professional company that stands behind their work, look no further than David and his crew!! Needed some repair work done on my roof and my neighbour recommended LMD. I gave David a call and he was out to look at my roof next day, and came back to me with a price cheaper than anywhere else I called, while fitting my roof in weeks before anyone else could. They did a great job throughout the process! David was in constant communication with me and they left everything cleaner than when they showed up. David is very clearly a business owner that CARES about his customers and the job that he and his crew does…and when you see that, it sets them apart from the rest. LMD is the only company that I will recommend to my friends and family. Awesome job David!!
