  I called this company twice because I have roof damage. They either blew me off or their process doesn't work. Apparently, the dispatcher can't schedule work so she takes a message and says someone will call to schedule an appointment. The first time my call wasn't returned, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was near the holidays. The second time my call wasn't returned, I was disappointed because of the wasted time. I give them one star because at least they have a live person answering the phone. I would recommend they give her the ability to "soft schedule" appointments because their current process doesn't work and wastes customer's time. I regret waiting on them to schedule an appointment and wish I would have called another company.

  Truly a top notch company in Asheville. From the first call to the finished job was a great experience! They know what they are doing and more importantly how to treat their customers! I will be using them for any future needs and I would highly recommend you do the same.

  Fred came out to my house promptly to assess the damage to my roof and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain his findings, answer my questions, and made the entire experience much less stressful. I really appreciated his quick response and would highly recommend him.

  I had several other companies come out and look at my roof leak. I called (Litespeed) and even though they didn’t fix it the first time they didn’t give up and they sent out Fred. It didn’t take him long to get on the roof and eyeball exactly what the problem was. He water tested the roof and immediately it started leaking. He proposed repairing the roof a certain way. Fred and another guy came right out and did what he thought would fix it and it hasn’t leaked since. If you’re looking for a solid company to do an absolutely amazing roof repair at a great price. This is the company you need to call.

  Litespeed Construction replaced the roof of our entire building of 7 townhouses for the Reems Creek Townhomes Association. Their crew worked tirelessly and efficiently completing the job in two days. They did a superb job. Plus they repaired all interior water damage in several units. Kirby Smith listened to all our concerns and responded quickly to make sure all issues were addressed and taken care of to our satisfaction.   They were great! We needed the cap on fireplace fixed due to wind damage. They came out gave free quote was back within a week to fix. Highly recommend and would use them again. Thank you!

  AMAZING COMPANY..I highly recommend Litespeed Construction for any needs you have on a home or roof. They are the most transparent and most trustworthy company we have found. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and answered all my many calls on our home repairs from Hurricane Helene. Billy and Kirby and the crew were very accommodating when there were changes being made and they worked hard with my Insurance company. They offer a service of an Auditor when the insurance company lowballed the estimate. The insurance paid over 20K more after the Auditor fought our case. The whole operation is top notch. Their crew was amazing.

  LiteSpeed just installed a new roof for me and I was very impressed with the work that was done, cleaning everything up when they were finished and in general they did an outstanding job. I dealt with Jeff and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and very patient with me since I am severely hearing impaired. I would highly recommend this company!!

  When a tree fell and damaged my roof, Kirby came out right away - Litespeed to the rescue! He talked with my insurance inspector and completed all repairs, keeping in touch with me throughout the process. I've recommended Litespeed Construction to my neighbors and look forward to having more work done on my house. Kirby gave me a quick written estimate on my gutter replacement project, for example. Highly recommended!

  We could not be more pleased with the roof repair Litespeed completed today. Fred was on time, identified the source of the leak and repaired it. He also walked our roof and did spot repairs on some cracked shingles and lifting nails . He shared photos of the repairs with me. The whole experience with Litespeed was very professional and the price quoted and charged was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.
