  Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate you trusting us with your roof and gutters, and we also appreciate you acknowledging in your review that when issues arose early on, we worked to address them. As you mentioned, there were some issues with your chimney mortar on your crown, which was contributing to an active leak, we resolved it. The gutter guards were addressed and the water shooting away from the gutter was addressed with deflectors, as sometimes this is necessary. Our team returned promptly to correct these issues. Regarding the more recent concerns from this winter, we did come out to inspect the area and assist in any way we could. However, the conditions you experienced were related to extreme weather, snow build up and ice damming. Ice dams can cause water intrusion even on properly installed roofing systems and are not the result of installation defects. These conditions fall outside the scope of our workmanship. The newest concern for the porch gutter, was only brought to our attention recently. We always try to reply in a timely manner and schedule in a timely manner, however sometimes our response time is not immediate. We would be more than happy to schedule a time to view the porch area again and see how we could help. Our goal is always to stand behind our work and to help our customers when issues arise, even when they are not directly related to our installation.   This company doesn’t stand by their work. We replaced our roof a couple months ago. We recently noticed some of the edging was lifting and wanted Linc to come take a look. When I reached out the women was immediately combative and told us (without even coming out to the property) that the issue was not their fault and stuff like that happens. Regardless we wanted someone to come out and take a look in order to get it fixed. They have since ghosted us.

  Hi Erin- We simply noted that the fascia, coping, etc could be due to something else, not that it wasn’t our fault. However, we did put this on the schedule for one of our techs to take a look at the issue and it was supposed to be rectified as it was put on the schedule. If it has not been rectified or resolved, we would be more than happy to return to make sure it is, as we do not “ghost” our customers and we 100% stand behind our work!

  I would not consider this company. I asked for an estimated 10 days ago. The initial appointment was canceled and rescheduled by the company. A roofer went out 2 days later and after 10 days I haven't received an estimate. I text the company, 'sorry if I'm bothering you but where is the estimate from 10 days ago'? The reply was, 'please resend you're email '. 3 days later. Nothing yet. Not my kind of business people and shouldn't be anyone else's too. I dealt with Katherine aka Kat. Sad kat.

  I had 3 areas of soffit and fascia wood repairs/replacements this month from LINC Roofing and Contracting, and the techs did a great job!   LINC did a great job on our roof. From the scheduling to cleaning up, it was all so well done. The new roof looks great, and they were so quick and efficient in getting the job done. Great workers all around and were very happy with it.

  Had the roof replaced on our addition. The guys were great, polite and personable. Did wonderful work which included going around 3 skylights, and explained things well. Definitely recommend them!!
