  Don't hire this company. If there's an issue they push it off on the subcontractors even though you signed a contract with them. The subcontractors damaged my aluminum porch awning & siding & was told by 3 awning companies it couldn't be fixed. They dont return your phone calls unless you threaten them with the BBB or attorney general. The on ly one I could get in touch with who did return my call was Addison. I informed them in December of the issues. They sent the subcontractors to try to fix the awning which I let them try knowing it wasn't going to work but the branch manager insisted I let them try. It didn't. I still have no resolution to my damaged awning & siding. This was after it was supposedly fixed.

  In April 2025 we had hail damage to our house. A couple days after the storm we had roofing companies knocking at our door. We decided to go with Lifetime Quality Roofing because of the salesperson we spoke to. He helped us through the process with our insurance company. After that point we had several issues. We let the salesperson know that we would be on vacation during certain days and did not want the roof repaired during that time. The company called and wanted to set up installation during those dates. Their communications is terrible. When tehy came to install the new roof the site manager was unaware that we agreed to have our fascia removed and replaced per the insurance estimate. He said that he would communicate it to his boss and we would receive a call. We never received that call and told him to deduct the estimated cost of the fascia from our final invoice. All the communications are by email no one from the company picks up the phone to discuss issues with the customer until they want feedback. The only upside was that the crew finished the job in one day and the roof so far is to our satisfaction. They cleaned all the trash from our property. We were never asked if we wanted any of the left over materials. We observed on our Ring camera a member of the crew throwing an opened package of shingles into the dumpster. I would never refer this company to a friend, family or even an enemy.

  Storm chasers. They encourage filing insurance claims for questionable damage, especially during slow periods. This can negatively impact your insurance. Once their business picks up, they totally abandon you and ignore your messages. This is not trustworthy company to work with.

  Spencer was excellent. He was so help full with everything. He meet with the insurance company and made sure I got what I deserved. Because of him I went with the same company to side my house. Would recommend him.

  We recently worked with Lifetime Quality Roofing and specifically with Paul Murphy, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, answered all of our questions without pressure, and made what could have been a stressful roofing project feel smooth and organized. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and the workmanship was top-notch. Communication was excellent the entire time, and it was obvious that customer satisfaction truly matters to this company.   Spencer and team were phenomenal and I would highly reccomend them. They worked directly with my insurance company and made the process very simple on me. Roof looks fabulous and I have neighbors stopping and asking where I got it done. Well done!

  I recently had my roof and gutters replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, this company truly went above and beyond. The entire team was professional, responsive, and clearly committed to doing the job right. A special shoutout to Matt, the contractor, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. He was also the only contractor that mentioned this may be covered by our homeowner's policy, and worked with the claims adjuster to get it taken care of. On the day of installation, Brett, the project manager, sent me pictures of the progress and kept me updated throughout the process. There was a small issue where one of the gutters was initially installed on the wrong side of the house, but I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled. As soon as it was brought to their attention, they came back the very next day and fixed everything without any hassle. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. The craftsmanship is excellent, and my new roof looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services. If you get the chance to work with Matt, you’ll be in great hands!

  I cannot express my gratitude towards Addison for getting me a brand new roof. When Addison came to my house and told me I needed a new roof I knew he was right and I don't know why I was waiting to get the new one. He worked with my insurance company and was able to get a full replacement after pushback when they only wanted to do repairs. First lifetime quality Roofing sent a video showing the damage and the need for replacement the insurance company only approved more repairs. Then they sent another video showing that repairs wouldn't do the job and then a full replacement was needed. Finally my insurance company agreed and I got a full roof replacement and only had to pay my deductible. Addison was there the whole way explaining to me what was happening letting me know what was going on he was there the day of installation and the workers were very professional they covered everything even more than I expected I cannot recommend Lifetime Quality Roofing enough. my neighbors are even asking me who did the roof install because it looks so good now.
