  Rep stopped by one night last November after saying others in the neighborhood had hail damage. He got on the roof, chalked it all up, went over all the ways the can prove the damage and work with insurance company. Got on the phone and made the claim. He said it was important to be there when the insurance inspector came out. When the time came he said he was sick and it wasn't a big deal. Insurance came back and said no damage. After several texts and a phone call he finally wrote back, said phone problems and he hadn't received my texts. Insurance said there was no damage they could see and denied the claim. Got ahold of the rep and he said "if you want to fight statefarm you can or just let it go it's up to you. Statefarm is one of the worst ones. They will find anyreason to not pay out so if you choose to fight them its going to be a long process." So after he came to the house, made a big sales pitch and went on and on how they'd fight and do everything, he didn't come for the inspection, had trouble getting a hold of him and then just didn't seem to care after insurance denied it. Then several months later I get a nonrenewal letter from the insurance on my home because of another claim I had a while back and I still don't have a new roof, so I don't know if there's damage or no damage from what he told me. Somebody is lying to me. I wish I had never anwered my door that evening. Definitely not the way to represent a company, and if that's how they act I wouldn't trust them.

  Doesn’t respect posted “no soliciting” signs. We have two signs posted. One on the door they knocked. They would rather argue that since their offer is “free” they aren’t soliciting. This company needs to train their staff on criminal trespass.

  Trespassed, took photos, and climbed ON OUR ROOF after plainly being told we did NOT want an inspection. Their employee should be arrested. Terrible business practices.

  We clearly have a no soliciting sign on our front door that can’t be missed. A salesman decided to ignore our sign at almost 9 in the evening. Please train your employees to respect people’s time and no soliciting signs.

  We had a great experience with this company. Everyone we talked to was so friendly and helpful. The roofers were very hard workers. Clean up was fantastic, not a nail left behind. Owen Henley was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We couldn’t ask for a better experience!

  I am so glad Lifetime Quality Roofing did my job. Even though I didn't think I had damage from hail, they inspected it, walked me through the process with insurance company, and kept in touch promptly with my questions. From start to finish, they have done an excellent job very professionally. I would recommend them. I gave the review but didn’t get a payment.

  The guy that help me on my roof inspection was Owen Henley. Very nice and well put person, he went over with me where the damages are at and how they can be fixed along with going over the different roofs that are available. Great service!
