The job was a structural repair of a corner of the garage, all new siding, soffits, gutters. They did a lot right. They showed up at the appointed time, had the correct materials, colors, tools, and did a good job of cleaning up. But things fell apart on the cosmetic rework of the garage interior and the garage door. We were charged additional money for the door that was supposed to be included in the original price quote. We received a substandard door that is not wind rated (a code requirement in MN), and a contact person Andre who never came back after repeated calls that the garage interior had been forgotten. His excuses piled up and there was no follow through. In the end, the house looks great but Andre & lifetime really left a bad taste in our mouths. This was our first experience with a project of this size. Final verdict I’d give them a C-. Passing grade but not someone who has any desire to go above and beyond.

Our team of local stone fabricators at Granite and Marble Direct had a fantastic experience partnering with LifeTime Builders LLC on a recent home remodeling project over in St. Paul. As a company that specializes in custom countertop fabrication and stone installation, we love working alongside builders who maintain exceptionally high standards on-site. Their incredible communication and top-tier craftsmanship made it a breeze for our crew to template, fabricate, and install the new premium kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity tops for this renovation. Having the job site perfectly prepped ensures that our quartz, granite, and marble surfaces integrate seamlessly into their overall kitchen and bath design. I’ve attached a few photos to this review to showcase just how stunning the final results turned out when pairing their expert remodeling work with our professional countertop installation! Whether you are in St. Paul or the surrounding Twin Cities area, if you want an honest, reliable, and highly skilled team for your next home transformation, LifeTime Builders LLC is as good as it gets. Highly recommended from one local contractor to another!

Thank you so much for the kind words, and for the excellent craftsmanship your team brought to this St. Paul kitchen and bath project! It's always a pleasure working alongside skilled trade partners like Granite and Marble Direct. A remodel like this only comes together when everyone on site holds the same standard. We're proud of how the countertops and vanity tops turned out, and we'd welcome the chance to team up again on a future project. Thanks again for the shoutout and the great photos!
