James, we don’t have any record of you as a client. Secondly, it is customary for a contractor to order extra materials in the event that some are delivered damaged or with defects. This part of the ordering process is separate from the contract price, and these items are returned if not needed.

Todd was very helpful and spent time explaining the process. His team was done in a day and their cleanup of all the debris was fantastic. My roof looks great. The true test was when we had 5 straight days of rain right after it was installed and of course no leaks.

Todd and his team are exceptional. He walked me through the process of our home upgrade and roof project and they delivered with amazing results. Even other contractors commented about the quality of the workmanship. I’d highly recommend Lemon Tree Roofing for your roof and home improvement needs.

Todd did a great job from beginning to end. Used a low pressure sales presentation and explained all the options well. Once we decided to choose him the project went like a finely run clock. The crew was very professional and did a great job.

Lemon Tree Roofing, replaced all the windows in my home in a professional and timely manner. They explained the process and pricing in detail. Would recommend over any big commercial company in Delaware.

Very pleased with Lemon Tree! Even though it was a relatively small job (replacing the roof of our garage), Todd worked hard to find the best yet most economical materials, arrange the skilled labor, and follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We really appreciated his flexibility and friendliness. The roof is solid, watertight and looks great!
