On behalf of my family, we are very disappointed with the services provided by Legacy Construction & Roofing. We received a notice of lien on our primary residence from McCoys (the lumber supplier) because Legacy failed to pay them on time. There’s absolutely no excuse why this should’ve been an issue because we paid the contractor in full and on time. McCoys also mentioned that we weren’t the only ones affected as there’s been various reports from other customers. Additionally, there were other issues that arose during the project. Our contract included details on the materials needed which was estimated to cost us $30k with a deadline of no more than 3 weeks. However, the project was semi-completed in 2 months and they delivered cheap materials that were outside the scope of our contract. We had to have various discussions about this on multiple occasions to get this issue resolved. Lastly, Legacy doesn’t have an in-house team for paint projects. They had to hire a third-party painter which did a horrible sloppy job. In the end, they had to use their own team of men (who are not experts in paint projects) re-do the job which costed us both our time.

Highly Recommend Legacy Construction & Roofing to anyone. After all the crazy weather we've been experiencing, five years after initial whole roof replacement and I still have ZERO issues with the company coming out to do yearly inspections to my roof. Joshua is an excellent communicator who goes above and beyond explaining process, materials, colors, warranties and even assists with guidance on how and when it may be necessary to contact your home insurance company. They delivered as promised. Every employee was professional, respectful of my time constraints due to work. On time, every time. After all the roof installation, Josh & his team assured every piece of debris and trash was collected. Even went around the whole yard with a magnet to ensure no nails were in grass. (My pets were safe!!) 10 out of 10 would recommend. Dont wait....give 'em a call!
