My wife and I recently bought a house in Upper Darby, and we knew right away that we needed a new roof. Being new to the area, my wife did some research and found L.O.D exterior. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate we were very happy with, so we decided to move forward. From there, everything went smoothly. They handled the permits very quickly and started the job almost immediately. The work was completed fast, and the quality of the roof looks great. We were so impressed that we also hired them to install a fence in our backyard. Once again, they took care of the permits and got the job done efficiently. Not only does the fence look amazing, but they also helped clear out a lot of debris left behind from when we bought the house. There were quite a few obstacles along the way, but their crew handled everything professionally and made it all come together beautifully. We really appreciate the hard work and attention to detail. Thank you for such fast, professional service—we’re definitely looking forward to working with you again on future exterior projects!

Luis and his team have done an amazing job and all their work is holding up wonderfully. They also fixed all the gutters which were bent and leaking out where they weren’t supposed to and now are working great. Very fairly and affordably priced and had good availability. Highly recommend them.

Luis and his team were awesome. The consultation and estimate were clear and Luis even took pictures of what he would repair to help us understand the process. Quality roof repairs and a quick response time set L.O.D Exteriors apart. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roof work.
