After coming for a free quote, Baltazar asked to see the blueprints of the house then he said he would get back to me, BUT did not. Even after many emails he just ignored them. What a joke

On the surface, everything started off great with Baltazar! I contacted him on July 25th, 2022 to inspect and fix an issue we had with a squirrel invading our house through a small gap on our soffit. He was quick to reply to me, provided a good quote (with video), and completed the work on time. Then things took a turn for the worse. We noticed that squirrels were still getting into the attic and the wire mesh that Baltazar installed came loose and the squirrels started to get into the attic again. I contacted Baltazar on 2022-09-18 about this work and even though he said he would come out to fix it he didn’t show nor respond to my follow up e-mail asking for an ETA. I had to pay someone else to repair this and discovered two issues, the first being the mesh was not secured to the roof correctly as you could move it with my hand, which explains why the squirrels were able to bend it. He also used the wrong type of mesh as the opening area still allowed a small squirrel/rodent to squeeze right through it. I understand this was a relatively low paying job, relative to re-shingling a whole roof, so not high on his list of concerns but I do expect more from a company.

I can literally see nails on my roof. Somehow they managed to miss the top 1/3 of the shingles and now I have exposed nails. The step flashing was leaking and got caulked hard. No reply to emails. Taillight warranty

I contacted them on a Thursday for a minor roof damage. They promised to fix the roof of the Monday after. They simply did not show up, and I did not hear from them. I had to contact another company on Tuesday.

Ghosted me after scheduling on 2 separate occasions. I’ll go with a roofer who actually shows up or calls when they say they will.

Baltazar was incredibly helpful. Squirrels had chewed their way into our attic under the solar panels, and he quickly fixed the issue. He repaired the hole, replaced the vents with metal ones, and installed mesh around the entire perimeter of the panels to prevent future problems. His pricing was fair, he listened carefully to all my requirements, and his punctuality and strong work ethic truly stood out. Highly recommend!

We were extremely impressed with Baltazar's professionalism and skill. What started as a simple bath vent installation turned into a comprehensive roof replacement, thanks to his keen eye and thorough inspection. He provided clear video evidence of the problems, which matched our own concerns. Baltazar and his team completed the entire roof replacement in an incredibly efficient two days, demonstrating excellent management and logistical prowess. We are very satisfied with the results!

This has been a hectic winter to say the least. People all around the KW region are having issues with their roof and specifically ice dams. Balthazar and his team have been nothing but fantastic. They were able to squeeze us into a busy schedule and performed snow and ice removal on our roof. Our roof was in pretty bad condition (rotted?) and the removal caused a hole in the roof. Balthazar and his team used a metal sheet to cover it to prevent further damage until long-term fix with insurance could be determined. I've already recommended him to two other friends and if you're reading this, I would not hesitate to reach out and get a quote and see if his team can help you with your situation. I really appreciate their friendliness, candidness, and overall attitude to the situation. Thank you so much and I'm happy to do further business in the future!
