Knox City Roofs

The only one or two-star review we hold for Knox City Roofs.

Apparently, this company will do anything for a job. While attempting to sell our house, we had a couple that wanted a new roof to be part of the negotiations. They contacted Knox City roofs about coming to OUR house to give them an estimate on roof repairs. Remember, our house! We were told that we would be informed if someone was coming to look at our roof. A few days later, we are presented with an estimate for repairs. What? So, we questioned when someone had come and was on top of our house. Well....Knox City roofs never actually came to the house. They just gave an estimate based on the inspectors suggestion that they might want to have it looked at. The estimate had the potential buyers' name and our address. So, they gave an estimate for a roof they had never seen or walked? Then, we were told that they flew a drone over it. Seriously? So, you have no problem with doing this without the owner's permission? What this company chose to do is completely unacceptable. We don't need a new roof, but if we did, this company would not get our business. So, they make it a practice to recommend a new roof when they have never seen the roof in question. So much for an honest inspection. UPDATE. Another inspector and inspection said the roof did not need to be replaced.

Angel, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. However, we want to clarify that we were contacted by your potential buyers who requested an estimate, which is a common part of real estate transactions. Our process follows industry standards and no physical inspection of your roof was conducted without permission. This sounds like a miscommunication between the agents on your real estate transaction. We value transparency and customer satisfaction, even in cases where we were not directly hired by the homeowner. Thank you

Does absolutely amazing work and gets it fixed right the first time! I've used other companies for roof repairs before and would have to call them out several times a year for the same leak but Knox City Roofs does much better work than anyone else I've used and has competitive pricing!
