  Outstanding Work — Highly Recommend M. Kelbie! Hello, let me share that I couldn't be happier with my experience working with M. Kelbie and his team. From the beginning of the project through completion, he was professional, dependable, respectful, and excellent about communicating with me. He responded quickly whenever I had questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner without sacrificing quality. What stood out most was that M. Kelbie genuinely cared about the quality of the finished product and about making sure I was satisfied. He didn't simply do what was required—he went above and beyond. He chose to use a better-quality roofing material without increasing the price we had agreed upon, which I greatly appreciated. He also had my downspouts corrected at no additional charge and offered to install my replacement exterior light fixture once I provide the new one, also at no additional cost. Those extra touches demonstrated to me that he takes pride in his work and values his customers rather than looking for opportunities to add extra charges. I also enjoyed seeing M. Kelbie working alongside his sons, who have worked with him since they were young. Seeing the experience, work ethic, and pride being passed from father to sons made an already positive experience even more special. His pricing was fair, his communication was excellent, and he was always approachable and respectful. Most importantly, he made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished work. The greatest compliment I can give M. Kelbie is that I've already chosen to hire him for additional work in my basement and kitchen. When you find someone who is reliable, fair, responsive, takes pride in his workmanship, and treats your home and your satisfaction as priorities, you want to keep working with him. I confidently give M. Kelbie and his team five stars and my highest recommendation. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

  I'm in the process of purchasing a home and found that I needed a little further inspection and estimate for some repairs. I reached out to Kelbie home improvement and they responded in under 30 minutes on a Saturday! Communication was clear.   I never need to look for another roofing company again. They replaced our roof quickly and professionally. The team arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up every piece of debris before leaving. The communication was excellent from start to finish. Anytime I would request an inspection or a recoat over the years, Mike would personally make sure I was taken care of. I can't recommend Mike Kelbie and his team enough!!

  The owner was quick to respond to my request and to come out and provide a visual inspection, cleaning of the roof of all debris, and worked with us to get our roof sealed and protected! Was also very quick to provide us the roof certificate that our home owners insurance needed from us. Would definitely recommend again!

  Kelbie Roofing was the company I chose after receiving several consultations and quotes for a complete roof replacement. This was not something I could put off, especially since it was the middle of winter and I do not have a traditional pitched roof. My home has a flat, walkable soft membrane roof, and the prices I was being quoted were extremely high. I was starting to think I would just have to bite the bullet. Then I met Mike from Kelbie Roofing. He took the time to walk me through everything that would be done and also included repair work for the damage caused by the leaking roof. I ultimately chose Kelbie Roofing for a few reasons: the pricing was fair, the work was explained clearly, and the reviews from previous clients were mostly positive. Once the project began, it took about two days to complete the roof, and the final result looked amazing. Mike took pictures throughout the entire process, which was especially helpful and reassuring since I was not home during the installation. The added repairs for the interior damage caused by the leak did take longer than I would have liked because of the cold weather and other factors. That was probably my only issue. However, once the temperatures allowed the work to be completed, the repaired areas looked flawless. It was as if nothing had ever happened. Throughout the process, Mike was very easy to reach, primarily by text, and his communication was always professional. I felt confident that the job was in the right hands. I would definitely recommend Kelbie Roofing to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement.
