I unfortunately ran into K Simon banging on my door after 🌀Ian. My roof was battered, pool cage and fence destroyed. I am not stupid. I checked the reviews and BBB ratings. All were positive reviews. NOT from me. They are thieves. They knew I had great insurance and a $500.00 deductible. They put a shingle roof on my house. Nothing special. They did nothing else. They were paid $46,000.00 by my insurance company for a SIMPLE SHINGLE ROOF! My neighbors with similar size homes were charged around 27 thousand for a shingle roof. Not just one, I asked several. For 46K my house should have had a metal roof or concrete tile. They are rip-offs! Please if you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor after the last two storms STAY AWAY from K Simon. Smooth talking thieves very good at what they do. 20K more than anyone else was charged. WHY? My insurance company paid them against my protest and raised my premium to 6K a year. Insurance crisis is from scumbags enriching themselves on people’s misfortune. Disgusting. Karma will find them but until then STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! You’ve been warned. I wish I had.

Originally your claim was denied we documented all the damage .We worked very diligently to get your Claim paid. We don’t pull pricing out of thin air .We use the same software that the carriers used to formulate your premium it’s called exacta mate the carriers use it . If pricing was out of line. The carrier wouldn’t have paid it sorry that you were not satisfied although if you read our reviews, majority of our customers are. sometimes the customers think they’re going to profit off the claim or not pay their deductible. Both of those are illegal. Ksimon does not participate in either of those scenarios

Evan and crew did an outstanding job re-roofing my house. But they didn't clean up the mess afterwards. Had to buy 2 new mower tires and a flat on my car because of all the nails left. I picked up 6 or 7 pounds of …

I can’t say enough wonderful things about K Simon construction. We used K Simon after we had terrible damage to our roof due to a storm and had an amazing experience with project manager Steve Fontanez and Joseph Mauro. They guided us every step of the way and the company was so responsive and helpful. The professionalism and caring exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this company.

Terry Kiefer (ksimon Construction) can only be rated as 5 star. Ethical, professional, prompt and truly cares about the work they perform. They replaced my roof and I wouldn’t use anyone else! Nice to know there are still some good guys out there who care about their reputation and their customers

We've been working with Tim DeBord as the company representative. It's been easy to communicate with him. He always responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. The reason we chose to work with him was that he promised that will be no out of pocket expenses but only what they can get from our insurance company. The K.Simon Construction did great quality job of our roof replacement, and Tim DeBord kept his promise in the end - we didn't pay anything out of pocket.

Bill & Joe at K Simon Construction Naples Florida did a great job on our roof replacement. We lost our tile roof in the 140 mph hurricane winds. They replaced it with a Stone Coated Steel Roof and had it done in 3 days. Quality work from educated professionals. Ready for the next hurricane! 💪

Great experience from start to finish! Full roof replacement with fascia and gutters after the hurricane. Chris talked us through the insurance process and answered our endless questions. The project was on the expected timeline, workers were courteous and cleaned up the yard afterwards. We appreciate the level of communication and the beautiful end result! Thank you Chris!
