The first three are Google’s own figures for JW Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the South Carolina roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Lower than most — the typical roofer in South Carolina sits at 1.9%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for JW Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Talk about an amazing company that goes above and beyond expectations! We had the pleasure of working hand in hand with Brian M. Who had helped us through the whole process and even by helping with the insurance claim. The workers were FAST, polite, and their craftsmanship was impeccable. I am definitely recommending this company to all my neighbors and friends

We received quotes from 5 roofing companies and found the best quality quote with additional upgrades and exceptional warranties for our roof from JW Roofing. Brian our sales rep, was professional and reliable from start to finish with our project. He also followed up after the first storm to ensure there were no problems. The roof was installed in one day and the crew was tidy with preparation and clean up. With many roofing companies locally, I’m glad we went with JW Roofing.
