  I usually don’t leave reviews for companies but I had to for this one. I’ve contacted JKS for someone to come out to take a look at my gutters.I scheduled an appointment, I left work and got to my house 15 minutes before my appointment time and no one showed up. About 1hr later after I had already called and they told me the person will be on their way, they called me back to say he already came to my house earlier and got the quote and it will be sent on Monday. Days go by , never received the quote. I called Wednesday, they apologized and said I will received the quote, made sure they got my email correct. It is now Friday, exactly one week later still no quote. Just for a gutter is absolutely insane!

  I would strongly advise against hiring JKS Roofing Services. My experience with them was shockingly negative, and it appears I'm not alone. Here's a breakdown of my concerns: * Substandard Work: The work performed was not only below industry standards but also posed serious safety hazards. It's clear they do not adhere to building codes. * Misleading Image: Despite presenting themselves as a large company with global reach, it turned out to be a single individual operating out of a dilapidated truck. This is deceptive advertising. * Overcharging and Scamming: The invoice was exorbitant for the poor quality of work delivered. It felt like a blatant rip-off. There are also allegations of wider scamming practices. * Illegal Activities: Concerns have been raised about their tax practices and payroll, suggesting potential illegalities that are being investigated. It seems JKS Roofing Services engages in fraudulent practices, delivering dangerous and substandard work at inflated prices.   JKS Roofing completed my new roof and skylight installation on August 10 of this year. It started with the quoting process. Philip (Phil) was great to work with. He responded immediately with a highly competitive estimate with a very high-quality product and easy to understand details. Philip also helped manage the project and was there whenever I needed him to give advice and answer questions. The installation crew was fantastic. They finished this very large job in only one day. The workmanship was excellent and Cleanup was top-notch. Also want to thank Bob for his contribution. We are 100% satisfied with this new roof and highly recommend JKS Roofing to our friends and neighbors. John Martino Vestal, NY

  It's difficult to locate a decent roofing contractor, but this crew is the best. They kept me informed at every stage, had clear pricing, and had no hidden costs. The roof is really sturdy, and my house seems like it was just built. This is the business to contact if you want quality.

  I left for work just as the crew began to drape the shrubbery and were launching a drone. Returned after work to a beautiful new roof and not a shred of evidence left behind that any construction had occurred. Gutters went on a week later the same way. High quality, professional work from their team! Great communication with the office on scheduling throughout.

  John was quick to respond and very communicative throughout the process. As a matter of fact, I called around for at least 3 other quotes and JKS was the first to get back to me, first to provide me a quote and ended up still being the best price. The crew who installed the gutters were professional and ensured a walk through was done with me prior to their departure. I must add.. I received a free quote 3 days after I called (due to me wanting to wait), and gutters installed on my house a day after accepting the quote. Very impressed with this company. I’ll recommend to family and friends
