This company ignores clearly marked no soliciting signs and trespasses on private property. So either they do not care about what you want, or their employees can’t read.

I would not recommend this roofing company. My experience was extremely frustrating due to their poor communication. My 1-2 roofing job took 6 days. It was difficult to get updates and I frequently had to follow up myself just to find out what was happening. The lack of transparency was awful. Isaiah was terrible. Don't work with him. I also felt that I was given inconsistent information throughout the process. I was told things that later changed without a clear explanation, which made it hard to trust what I was being told. To make matters worse, I referred my parents to this company based on my initial experience and was told there was a referral bonus. After the referral, I never received the bonus, despite following up about it with Devin. I was disappointed by how this was handled and still have not received it months later. The quality of the roof/shingles doesn't seem very great. My parents are very unhappy and are afraid they will need to get a new roof again sooner than later. Overall, the lack of communication, broken promises, and poor customer service made this a very negative experience. I question the ethics in this company.

Disappointed. Contradicting communication from management and cleaning team. Rescheduled twice and then didn’t show on third time. Quote wasn’t cheap, but thought I was getting respectable business. Guess not.

After two years of fighting with insurance. Gabe with Jax perservered, and was able to get both my house and shed roof approved off of the july 13th 2024 Hailstorm. Gabe was persistent and always dedicated to staying on top of everything. And my Roofs look wonderful! Thank you to both Gabe and Jax, Highly recommend using them!

I am so impressed with Devin’s professionalism, knowledge and commitment. It’s so encouraging to see a young man display such character. It was very obvious to me that he enjoys what he does and takes great pride in his achievements. I would absolutely recommend Jax Exteriors.

Very pleased with the work we had done recently. Roshay and Jax Exteriors were able to get the insurance to cover my roof and siding replacement, where my last contractor was unable to do that. My place looks incredible and they really did a nice job with every detail. 10/10

Earlier this summer, Roshay reviewed our home for potential storm damage. (Roof, deck, siding and windows.) He communicated with pure honesty and was professional from setting up our appointment through the final findings after his in depth assessment. Fortunately, we were without any roof, siding or foundational damage this time but will be reaching to him for any future needs. We are extremely impressed by his professionalism, honesty and depth of information regarding why it's important to not overlook potential damage as it can really lead to long term property damage. Nothing but great things to say about Jax Exterior. Highly suggest Roshay and the company he proudly represents.

We had a great experience with Jax Exteriors replacing our roof. Chris was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of our questions, and even brought samples so we could make the best decision. Communication was excellent, Chris was always quick to respond and kept us updated throughout the project. The roofing crew was efficient, professional, and completed the entire roof in just one day. The level of customer service exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate all of Chris’s hard work and would highly recommend Jax Exteriors.
