  I don't leave reviews often, and I'm unsure if I have ever left a negative review. I spoke with Travis Mann on the phone a couple of times; originally scheduling for the 29th. I'm active duty, and had to fight on short notice to receive a day off to meet with Travis to get this quote. After attempting to call him multiple times on the 29th it went to voicemail immediately every time, which prompted me to text his number and receiving the "delivered" notification. Late into the afternoon around 4PM he finally got around to giving me a call back and explaining he didn't know who the call was from as I was listed as "mobile number", which is understandable. When I explained I had expected him on the 29th he explained they had me written down for 1PM today, the 30th, and was confused where our "wires got crossed" implying I had made a mistake. It is now 2:30PM on the 30th and I have not received any sort of message, or attempted contact from Travis. I am also unable to get ahold of Travis, or anyone at Jacksonville Roofing USA. I have now wasted 2 of my available off-days to get this quote; with original hopes for Jacksonville Roofing USA considering the fantastic reviews I have read online and even gotten from neighbors. This is extremely unfortunate, and a shameful way to treat potential customers. I did not mix up which day Travis said he would come, and I certainly did not mix it up two days in a row. I'm happy for the people that took priority over me, but I sure wish I could have received any sort of communication before fighting my chain of command for days off, just to unknowingly lie to them. I was looking forward to working with Jacksonville Roofing USA, but I suppose my search will continue for a decent Roofing company in Jacksonville. Edit: Thanks for stopping by Travis 2 hours late! Something had come up, I would have informed you sooner; but it doesn't seem high on your priority list to do that for your potential customers. So its not high on mine eithe

  Jacksonville Roofing USA is the bomb. Travis Mann and his crew have helped restore my home to like new on the exterior. They replaced my roof and sealed it to extend its life. Replaced all my gutters and restored my rotting chimney. Insulated my attic which reduced my electric bill and made the hose almost sound proof. They coordinated a team to paint my home also. All there work is top notch under the supervision of Travis Mann. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for Roof And home services.There prices can't be beat.
