I have a Lifetime Warranty from J Cap for the roof. I called and spoke with Joe twice, July 28, and August 1, 2025. He ended both calls abruptly with no interest in honoring the contract and repairing my roof. It is dripping through the ceiling right now.

Would not recommend them to put a roof on a storage shed

These guys did a roof on my neighbors house last week. Between then and now I’ve got 3 roofing nails in my tires. Coincidence? Or do they need to clean up after themselves better.

J Cap Contractors installed a new roof for us and did an excellent job! Joe is absolutely great to work with, he’s knowledgeable, efficient, and has reasonable pricing. His crew worked perfectly, did an excellent job, cleaned up after them selves, and were polite and friendly. We would definitely hire J Cap for future jobs!

Joe is very knowledgeable about roofing and issues related to a leaking roof. Communication throughout the entire roof replacement process was EXCELLENT. Joe has a great work crew who not only did a great install but made sure that the work site was clean after the job was completed. I HIGHLY recommend JCap for your roof replacement.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Joe. His initial inspection of the roof was extremely thorough and he was very interested in making sure he found the root cause of my ice buildup. He ended up finding more issues once the original roof was torn off and addressed these with no up charge. Joe was extremely pleasant to deal with and everything went as scheduled. I would recommend JCap to anyone if they are looking for someone they can trust to do high quality work and make the process a great experience!

Jcap roofing did an amazing job! Joe sat down with me and explained everything. He even had a cancellation and done to sooner than expected. Joe and the crew were respectful and hard working. They cleaned up the mess and they were on way. Thank you!
