  Extremely disappointed. Spoke to them twice about repairing roof leak. They failed to show up as promised and ignored our phone calls/voice messages. I would not trust this outfit. *** You responded to my Google review within one hour of its posting. That was more responsive than our repeated attempts to call you and leaving multiple voice messages (which your answering system said was being recorded). I called you Friday evening, as you requested in your response to my review, but we did not resolve the "misunderstanding." We first contacted your company on Thursday morning and was told we would get a call back within 20 minutes. That didn't happen so I called again later and spoke to you. I understood you to tell me you would have someone come by our house by 10am Friday. That also didn't happen (you say I misunderstood what you told me). We tried calling you several times Friday morning for confirmation but each time we only got your answering system and each time we left a message. You did not return any of those messages. You say your records show you didn't have any missed calls from us, yet you also told me you hadn't yet listened to your voice mail. I am sorry I had to leave a negative review. We were in an emergency situation and believed your company would be able to provide an effective and timely repair. You sounded like a responsible person who may have simply been overwhelmed or too disorganized to be responsive to our need.

  Over priced and crazy owner. He will overcharge you for the job and sell it to a subcontractor because he doesn't know anything about construction. Buyer beware!! He is the reason contractors get a bad rep!

  Signed an accepted roofing proposal on 8/30/20 with down payment to be sent at the closing of my new home on 10/1/20. Home closed, check was sent by title company. Over the course of 6 weeks Jose never confirmed receipt of the check and proceeded to ignore all of my communications. I was forced to find a new roofing company in mid-November. Do not recommend.

  I am very sorry for your experience with us. My family and I got tested positive for COVID-19 and quarantined to avoid getting anyone sick. I could not answer any emails or phone calls during the time I was sick, the symptoms that I felt were very strong and made me feel very ill to the point of not being able to breathe and I was not able to focus on work. I have not fully recovered so I will not be coming in to contact with anyone in person until I feel that I am well. As for the check I never received one and I cannot start a job without getting a downpayment first. I hope you understand that the safety/ health of my customers and I comes first.

  Jose and team were very responsive, hard working, and efficient; especially in challenging weather conditions (extreme heat and smoke). Jose takes pride in the materials he uses and stands behind the quality of his materials and workmanship. We are very happy with our new roof!

  Jose and his crew did a job 8 years and they did an excellent job. He are selling the house that they replace are good on. When they say is guaranteed and the warranty is very valid. I would recommend him and his crew to anyone looking to replace there roof.

  Jose and his team did a great job on our house: roof and skylight replacement. They were very prompt and thorough. The results were excellent and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended!

  Jose and his crew were polite and professional. JVRoofing replaced the shingles as well as a skylight, gutters and down spouts. The team was respectful of our property and cleaned up well while thy were here. I would highly recommend them, and use them for future needs.

  Replaced roof and gutters that were hit by a large tree branch. Did all but the downspout in one day. They were courteous and answered all my questions. New roof looks great!

  The technician arrived promptly and because my repair was so small was able to accomplish the task in a short amount of time for a very reasonable cost. He was more than willing to show me some additional needs that my roof will have over the next few years explaining everything thoroughly. In terms I could understand. I appreciated his honesty and it was great value for the work.

  We're incredibly happy with the new roof, soffits, and gutters that J&V Roofing installed on both our house and detached garage. It's clear that Jose and the team truly care about the quality of the work they provide and ensuring that clients are happy with the outcome. Jose frequently checked in to update us on progress and to make sure we were happy with work that had been completed. One thing we particularly appreciated was how transparent J&V Roofing was with the cost associated with each part of the project, from initial quote through to the final invoice (which wasn't the case with other companies from whom we solicited quotes). When unforeseen issues arose (e.g., needing to also replace decking boards underneath shingles), they made sure to always discuss potential options available to us and associated costs before proceeding. Would highly recommend working with them!
