It takes two weeks and three voicemails to get even a call back. I didn’t want to try their services. And I am curious where all these good reviews are coming from?

Edit 07/26 - we had another rental roof and windows cleaned this week. Jose and his crew are always courteous and efficient. They always clean up after themselves which makes everyone happy! 10/10 would highly recommend this company! J & J cleaned the roof, gutters on our rental house and washed the windows too. They provided fast, efficient high quality work! We will definitely use this service again when the need arises.

We were very pleased with the work that was done. They cleaned the roof, gutters and applied moss killer treatment. They made sure all materials and debris were removed and washed down the area before they left.

The workers did a job that I can no longer do (old age), better than I ever did (expertise) and even recommended additional services that I knew were needed. It didn't feel like up-selling but rather the right thing to do; the additional cost was reasonable and well worth it. I would highly recommend this company for quality work.

They were very thorough in the work and even cleaned our gazebo roof for no extra cost. They also dealt with our overzealous dogs who were in the yard. The roof looks great and they cleaned up all the moss removed and cut back the trees that hung over the roofline. I highly recommend this company!

Roof and gutter cleaning: Very Thorough Cleaning. Our roof was a mess after the bomb cyclone and they did a fantastic job cleaning branches and all the pine needles away. Washed down the whole house afterwards.

We have a large roof, asphalt shingles, which had never been professionally serviced. Jose and his crew did an amazing job at cleaning and treating the roof and gutters. Communication and scheduling was easy and straightforward. The crew was on time, to the minute. AND they cleaned up everything so that the grounds and surroundings were spotless. Price was very good. I plan to have them back again next year!

My cedar shake roof was thoroughly cleared of accumulated leaves & needles - gutters were cleaned as well. The team did an excellent job removing debris blown onto the yard and driveway!

Mill Creek can get quite windy due to its Pacific Northwest climate. This can cause leaves to get blown onto the roof, where they will collect and linger for days. Apart from being a visual eyesore, this can actually have negative effects on the roof's long-term health. Fortunately, this can be mitigated with regular rooftop cleaning from a professional team. Prevents Roof Damage When leaves accumulate on the roof, they start to rot. Rotting leaves create conditions for mold and mildew, not to mention they provide a refuge for pests. In addition, if there are openings in the roof, the mold and pests can make their way indoors. Improves Water Drainage Some of those leaves can make their way into the gutters, where they block the water from flowing freely and exiting via the downspout. This leads to standing water that remains for days. Like rotting leaves, ponding water creates the ideal environment for mold and pests. Protects Gutters The gutter system itself can be stressed when to...Aug 7, 2026Learn more
