Run away fast from this company, they are not reputable. Had a standing seam metal roof installed 1.5 yr ago.It LOOKS beautiful BUT...they removed all the ventilation boxes, and DID NOT install the ridge cap ventialtion. So now the roof …

Patty, I am sorry you feel like the ventilation of your roof is not correct. Your home has gable vents. It is recomended that if a home has gable vents then ridge vent or roof box vents are not to be combined with the gable vent system. I have copied an article about the reason why for you. Do Gable Vents and Ridge Vents Work Well Together? The simple answer is no, gable vents and ridge vents don’t work well together. If your home features both ridge vents and gable vents operating simultaneously, consider sealing up the gable vents. Different types of exhaust vents actually prevent each other from working effectively. Ridge vents are especially good at their job when left alone. Gable vents can interrupt the “heat rising” effect encouraged by ridge vents, creating a cross breeze or circulating air back down throughout your home. The end result? A less comfortable home and a higher energy bill. Some homeowners report that this vent combination pulls in snow to your attic during winter. Let’s keep the winter wonderland outside, shall we?

Called for an estimate- never heard back. Followed up a few days and later and the employee said so-and-so was assigned to it and they would get back with me. Still no one had the courtesy to call back. Not the type of place i want to do business with anyway.

Thank you for your feedback, Paul. We sincerely apologize that you did not receive the follow up you were expecting. This is not the level of communication or service we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating that experience must have been. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve our processes. If you're willing to give us another opportunity, we'd welcome the chance to discuss your project and make things right. Please feel free to contact us directly at your convenience.

My wife and I had searched for a company that can install a new roof on our house. Isaac's roofing had the best referral. They sent us different options for the roof and we went with the one that fit our budget. The old roof removed and new installed on the same day
