  (update to reply to owner's response:) It’s important to note: the only other review left by “Ashford Frey”—yes, also a 1-star—was for a different company that, like Ironclad, earned it. For personal reasons, “Ash” didn’t go into detail 8 months ago, but since your response invites context, I’ll share the message again here, because it fits Ironclad, too: “Tired of companies not respecting their word, reneging on agreements, and putting profit above the well-being of their employees and outside contractors. There’s often little recourse beyond expensive legal action—or leaving a review that can’t name specifics in order to protect those involved. Be better. Treat your people like family. And if this is how you treat your family, shame on you.” And just in case there’s any confusion about the name, as there seems to be, given that the other company’s CEO started digging through employee and customer records trying to ‘figure out who Ash was,’ despite me explaining twice that it’s a pseudonym, let me be clear: It’s not a real person. It was never meant to be. The pseudonym was created solely to leave both of these reviews, both 1-stars, because I was upset enough to do so, and because protecting the identities of others involved matters more than being personally credited for telling the truth. Also? I did find the whole records-searching thing kind of funny. Be better. That is all.

  they were paid by MY SAFE FL HOMES and they did not do a wind inspect after,only a 4 point which they made me pay for. they did not put in clips or other strengthening . they did not nail all the areas in corners either he told me he cant help me which was a lie . beryl engineering said he did wind but nobody did anything to my inside roof

  We were so thankful to have found a company that keeps their word and really knows what they are doing! Our building was built in the 1940s (The Original Point Restaurant on Innerarity point in Perdido key) being such a old building we knew there would be lots of issues with fitting brand new windows. These guys knocked it out the park. One day service every window was perfect and the guys were very pleasant to work with from start to finish. Not to mention the windows arrived right when they said they would! Big thanks to Tim Matthew's Logan Deel and the rest of their phenomenal crew. 👏 big thanks yall

  I called Ironclad Roofing after seeing a recommendation on a Facebook neighborhood page. I've been dealing with a roof leak directly above my washer and dryer, and worried about possible electrical issues. Tony took the time to calmly explain everything and reassured me that it was safe to use. He was extremely responsive and quickly sent one of his best employees, Benjamin, to assess and repair the leak. After dealing with the prior roofing company to no avail, Benjamin handled the repair efficiently and professionally. No more water leak, Yay! The compassion and integrity they showed truly renewed my faith in good people. Highly recommend.

  We finally got the guts to get the new roof & windows we'd been needing. We called another company several times but never came back with an estimate. Ironclad was on top of it. Bryan Rickles came out with one phone call, measured and priced everything letting us know they could start almost immediately. The roof is beautiful. My neighbors have said so too. Work was quick and clean. They started early, worked late, and were very respectful of our property. The windows arrived earlier than estimated and installation took less time than we'd expected, thank you Landon. Tim & Travis were so kind to do one room so we could position our dogs out of their way. They did an AMAZING job and were a pleasure to have at our house. Now I'm really glad the other company didn't get back with that estimate. I KNOW we got a better price, better quality materials, and the best customer service.

  100% pleased with the work and pricing. Very professional from start to finish. Tony Davis explained the process and evaluated our house making suggestions on what was actually needed an what wasn't.   Jordyn was fantastic, he came out did an estimate then checked on the project throughout. The crew had the roof completed and property cleaned in 2 days. Amber was also great to work with. I highly recommend Ironclad roofing.

  I made a call saying that I had a leak in my roof and they came out and fixed it right away. Not only did they do the work in an amazing fashion, they also cleaned up as though that weren’t even there! I’m sending all my friends and family to them for any repairs that need.
