  I called to make an appointment for a quote. The appointment was for 04/13/2023 between 1:00-4:00 pm. The office called the day before to confirm the appointment. No one called or showed for the time period I had blocked. I called the office and the office states someone tried to call me several time and I would not answer. This is not true and I'm happy to provide my call logs. I lost time at work and got nowhere closer to have my issue resolved.

  You are correct. We only called once to confirm your gutter installation appointment. Unfortunately, it was a mistake and miscommunication from the inspectors in the field. We apologize and will strive to continue to improve as a company. Thank you for your feedback

  Dont take their word, a HUGE let down. They told me they'd be here the next day for repairs, its been way over a month now. You call and again tell you they'll be here the next, no show again and again. .my roof is still leaking.

Please don’t forget to add that sealing your roof vents and penetrations was a service that was gonna be provided to you for FREE and as a courtesy to help you out sir. A FREE service that unfortunately had a negative impact on us with this review.

  I'm still waiting for an estimate on my roofing repair. Met with Rob twice and communicated via email requesting status on quote. Rob informed me that he emailed it to me, searched my emails in which I did not find; requested to be resent and I still have not received an estimate. I contacted Irgo for their good reviews but no such luck in my case.

  Thank you for your feedback Mr. Sierra. Our system shows that it was emailed to isierra@epcc.edu on Wednesday 8/25/21 at 6:57pm. It was again resent on 8/27/21 at 1:46 pm to the same email address. We would be more than happy to send you screenshot of these records since the crm system timestamps all of this for our records and organization. Please check your spam as emails can be filtered out as such. We have been working very close with your wife, Mrs. Irene, and last we heard she will be reviewing the estimate with you closely.   Called IRGO roofing to do a roof inspection took forever to get them to come by and do the inspection for me. I was trying to get the home insurance claim going but the insurance denied the claim. Since the Insurance claim was denied IRGO roofing has not called me or has not contacted me ever since. Not the professional service you want from a company. To you saying that I kept the insurance money and doing my roof is a total lie I did replace my roof at that time. So get your facts straight before you Accused of somebody of doing that. Also Rob never called me to see what can be done after the insurance claim was denied!

  Good morning Mr. Avila. First and foremost thank you for your feedback. Your initial call to us was 4/22/21 @12:52pm and your FREE Roof Inspection was performed Tuesday 4/27/21 between 11 and 12pm by Rob Torres. While we wish we could have gotten to your free roof inspection in less than 5 days, there were already other clients scheduled and appointments are respected. Moreover, our initial free inspection revealed that you had sufficient wind and hail damage and that you may qualify for a roof replacement through your insurance. Moving on forward, we assisted you through the process with farmers insurance, went out to your property 2 additional times and submitted requested documentation and pictures to Mr. Montez from farmers. As your claim got processed and reviewed (approx 1 week) to our surprise but not yours, you had already filed a claim back in 2015 and paid out via check from farmers for a complete new roof. However, since you kept the money and failed to replace your roof back in 2015, farmers denied this new claim. (City of El Paso Does not show any roofing permit records either) Even though the insurance adjuster notified you of their outcome, Rob also notified you of this and that there was no other option but paying cash or financing in which you rejected. We tried delivering a professional service by the customer service rendered and time invested in trying to help you. However, if you would have been a little bit more sincere with us since the beginning, a lot of time would have been saved on both sides.   We recently had our roof repaired and kitchen ceiling replaced due to a water leak that had been neglected for years. The team at iRGO Roofing was quickly able to locate the source of the water leak and make the necessary repairs; they also replaced all of the rotted wood and insulation…leaving the area look almost brand new.

  They are very professional and friendly. Their job was outstanding, they replace the roof completely and took off a overlapping roof that was putting extra weight on the house, the repair the stucco and painted it, it looks wonderful at the end, and the most important thing so far no leakings. I'm happy with their job .
