Our production manager, who has over 20 years of experience, personally inspected your roof and confirmed that the installation meets all city code requirements and exceeds manufacturer standards, including upgraded components. When we followed up to ensure everything was satisfactory, this concern wasn’t mentioned. That said, we stand behind the quality of this project and the roofing system installed, which is supported by one of the strongest warranties in our market. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d be happy to go over anything and make sure you feel completely confident and satisfied with your roof.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I called asking to speak with the owner or marketing manager, and instead of simply letting me know they weren't available, the receptionist hung up on me—twice. Only after my third call, when I mentioned I would leave a review, did she suddenly become interested in having a conversation. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional. We’re all human beings and deserve to be treated with basic respect, regardless of the reason for the call. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was very poor.

  Saying things like "It's ok, I know this is a lot of information" And explaining what an OSB board is without asking if I was familiar with grades of plywood, and saying that the homeowners you work with "dont know what they have" when calling you for a warranty repair... Will do nothing to gain my respect and will do everything to show me you have a general lack of respect for the people who hire you to take care of their homes. We called yall in for a quote, and the other companies we called in were polite, respectful and didnt smirk at me when I asked for clarification on terms I was not familiar with. I'm a Computer Systems Engineer; I can handle a lot of new information. What I can not abide is being spoken down to. After reading your reviews I'm finding that you have a history of this and I believe we'll be taking our business elsewhere. Thank you very much

  Had my roof replaced after last year's hail storm. I chose integrity because they had done the roof to an addition on my home and it looked like it was done well. It took them about 6 months before they could actually replace the roof. This wasn't a problem because by old one was still holding up. The staff have been polite and professional however, very difficult to get a hold of. Now my issue. First storm of the year, my roof leaks. I had wet drywall and parts of my ceiling falling apart. I had to leave messages and call over and over for most of the day before anyone answered at the office. A tech came out the next day,put some caulking around the skylight that was leaking ( something that they forgot to do when they put the new roof on) gave me his number in case it leaks again and said that they would recheck it in a year. No offer to fix the damage caused by their negligence. A few weeks later, my roof is leaking again. Same spot as last time, with even more damage. I've now called the tech and office, left a message but it's a weekend. I have no ladder to get on my roof and cover the leak and there's more rain on the way. Thank you integrity roofing. My children and I are now just preying that the roof will hold through these storms.

  Roof had a leak after the roof was installed. Didn't have one before. They wanted lots of money to repair it too lol. You can do better. Also said I didn't pay them and threatened me but they finally found the checks I mailed them at their old location, (guess they move around a lot). I mailed them to the address of their website... Just save yourself the trouble and go with another company.

  Honest and Professional — 5 Stars! I just replaced the roof on my house and detached garage, and this team was excellent. They provided an honest, transparent price and handled everything seamlessly through my insurance company. They did top-tier work, and provided all the official paperwork I needed to lower my home insurance premium. The entire team including the consultant, the production manager, and the finance manager were great to work with, and there were zero surprise fees. Save yourself a headache and hire them!!

  We were very well pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail on our project. We had a new roof installed and also had Hardie Plank siding installed. The pricing was competitive and reasonable. Would definitely use again for another project in the future! Highly recommend this team.

  It’s hard to find a trade business that treats the client professionally, respectfully, and graciously… and Integrity Roofing does exactly that!! From Lisa in the back office, to Chris the project manager, to Fernando the foreman of the job, they all were very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable of all my questions. I will definitely use them again for future work!

  The highest quality work was done to replace all the old soffit at my home with new Hardie board. What a difference! The crew worked tirelessly for 3 days and left my driveway and their workspaces clean every day. During and after the job we had supervisors stop in the check on the work and follow up when all was done. Use Integrity. They’re the best in the business.
