  If integrity comes first, I would hate to see what comes second. My roofing company says you all lied about the Missing shingles on my two-and-a-half-year-old roof and are wasting everyone's time trying to get them to make insurance claims. Update: Of course, I'm not in your system; I never used you. I called the roofing company that installed my roof to have them check it because your salespeople lied to me, saying I had missing shingles, trying to get me to use your company to fix my undamaged 2 1/2-year-old roof.

  We went on a vacation for 1 week and when we came back we noticed leaks in a roof not only this what make me more upset is the fact that this is the 4th time this year that they had to come fix are roof because ever time they have they have failed. Do not hire them unless you want to spend money every storm we get.

  We appreciate you sharing your experience, but we want to clarify that this review does not reflect our work. This project was not completed by Integrity First Roofing & Construction. The company you are referencing is another contractor in town, and if they performed the repairs, their workmanship should be under warranty. As for the photo, the moisture shown could be from a number of causes unrelated to the roof itself. That said, we’d be happy to provide you with a free inspection and a quote to repair any paint or texture damage so you can have peace of mind moving forward.   They definitely stand by their work and their reputation! Integrity First replaced my Roof in Galveston County back in 2021. Unknown to either of us at the time, that the rules changed and a Windstorm inspection and certificate was required. It wasn't until I tried to sell my house this summer that I learned it was missing. Thankfully the engineer that came out to inspect the roof, found no issue with the quality of their work and issued my WPI8E certificate without any problem. Best of all Integrity First stood by their work and agreed to pay half of the inspection.

  Great experience with Integrity First Roofing & Construction. My project manager Adam, was very professional and kept me updated the whole time. He even assisted in dealing with my insurance. The team did a really great job and my roof looks fantastic!

  We recently got a new roof. Lance Rose was overseeing the job and we couldn’t have ask for such professionalism. He did great. The roofers came and were finished in a very timely manner.

  Integrity First replaced our hail damaged roof and also helped with a crew to repair and Stain/paint our fences/garage doors. Brandon Miser helped us every step of the way in coordinating with our insurance company. Quality work, crew cleaned up after the job nicely. All around a very positive experience!   Nick was our roofing agent with integrity and really put in the extra time and effort to uphold their name.. not only to help us understand our expectations and plan for what we wanted, but also navigate the insurance process. They finished our house in 1 day. Covered all our plants and flower beds and cleaned up all the trash afterwords. They also went over my entire property with a fine tooth comb to make sure they magnet up any lost nails. Highly recommend nick and integrity first roofing. They Took the time to make this an easy process for my family

  We’re new to Texas (transplants from Chicago) and had no idea what we were doing when a big hail storm came through and damaged our roof. Adam Rochester with Integrity First Roofing & Construction made the entire process painless. He took the time to explain everything to us since we knew nothing about hail damage or how insurance claims work. He thoroughly documented all the damage, walked us step-by-step through submitting our claim with our provider, and even met the insurance adjuster out at the property. Basically held our hand through the whole thing. We had zero issues with our insurance provider thanks to how well Adam handled it. If you’re dealing with roof damage and don’t know where to start, ask for Adam. Highly recommend.
